I'm from out of state--visiting my parents and needed to get home quickly. They called me back with in an hour on a Sunday afternoon and told me they could do it on Monday. Unfortunately with the model of my car, the class they bought didn't work because of "lane departure" cameras that my car has. They easily could have replaced the glass, taken my money and sent me on my way, but they didn't. They were very honest and told me it would be another day before they could get the right glass and made me feel safe that the car was ok to drive 4 hours to my home. While they didn't actually do the repair, they looked out for my best interest which I really appreciated.

If I could give Michael a ten stars review I would. Gave me a quote on a piece of glass considerably less than other people. major issues locating the glass that would fit my car correctly. At his expense he bought two pieces of glass and a regulator and in fact refused to accept any additional money from me. Came out four or five different times to get this done correctly and never once did he appear to be aggravated. True professional and a gentleman. You don't find people that do business like this anymore

I called to have my windshield replaced late Tuesday afternoon and they were willing to come Wednesday morning. You need to let it sit for 3 hours so I had it done Thursday. I said at 2 or after I’d be home. He called when he arrived at 2 sharp. Mike was courteous and quick. The price was excellent and I will recommend his service to anyone that needs it! What a great company. I have used them twice to replace the windshield, one in my jeep and one in my wife's VW. Very professional. Their response time was fantastic and the price was great. Highly recommend if you need your windshield replaced! I hope I don't have to replace another windshield, but if I do I will for sure be calling Jersey Shore Auto Glass again.
