J Fips Auto Glass Repair

Unfortunately I have to give them a bad review. I got my front windshield replaced and it was affordable cheaper than the quoted price even better they come to you. Two days later someone noticed a long fine crack along the tinted part of the windshield which is barely visible. I called immediately and informed them to see what could be done as I knew the car wasn’t moved but 5 minutes away from the house. The tech informed us he was out of town and would return the call later for us to send a text. We never heard back. I called again myself and the tech told them my husband called and told him something hit the window. Which is an absolute lie from the tech. So what started off as godsend and lifesaver. Ends in me having to get the window replaced twice in less than a week. So ultimately the affordable price turned into you get what you pay for but $400 was completely wasted.

I give them 10 ⭐️! I'm an out of towner and window got busted out while attending the Chris Brown concert at The Dome. I found their contact info on Google and reached out to them around 4am and they responded back 2.5 hours later. Had a good price on the window glass I needed and an open availability for 10am that morning. Even while running behind, they stayed in contact with me. Jaylen pulled up to the hotel I was staying at, around 10:14am and was done with my car at 10:45am. Jaylen was fast, professional, communicate well, and got me back right. He even vaccuum the broken glass in my car. I will definitely recommend this business and will be using them again...if needed! Thanks Jaylen!

I highly recommend this company. I had the unfortunate experience of waking up to a shattered rear window. I called several places and they were the only ones who responded quickly. I texted at 7:30 and a technician was at my house the same day at 12. Rob was very professional, friendly, and efficient. The price was very reasonable as well. While I hope not to need any windows replaced in the near future, they have a loyal customer if I ever need to.

I also had the unfortunate experience of someone breaking into my vehicle Sunday morning, a little over 24hrs J Fips had a tech come to my job and fix it! The tech I believe he told me his name was Rob was amazing. He was super polite, respectful and got the job done! The price is very reasonable and believe me I called around. I would 100% recommend them to EVERYONE! Great job. Thank you J Fips and Rob!

Absolutely dope!! Called on the Sunday night before Veterans Day and was told I would be taking care of Monday morning at 10:30. When tell you these guys was on the money, they was on the money!!!! It is now 11:15 am and I’m done. Window glass vacuumed and I’m on my way back so Cincinnati…. I love when I’m able to support another black owned business and they deliver 5star work… Highly recommended

They were very professional, responsive and informative. They gave me an accurate price no surprise fees. They asked if they could come a little earlier than my scheduled appointment time and that worked for me. They finished faster than the estimated time that they gave me. The 2 guys that did my repair were nice, respectful and informative as well. I just referred them to someone.

Excellent service ! Fast response ; once I contacted them I was able to schedule my appt the very next day (was affected by May tornados, so I assume they were pretty busy at the time) Technician was on time and very kind . It’s Christmas Eve and Jaylen was able to make it to us on such short notice and really came through for us! We were worried about all the running around we have to do for the holiday but Jaylen was done within about an hour, got the window repaired and all the smashed glass all cleaned up. A true professional and we are very appreciative of the timely job!

Guys did an excellent job and was very respectful! They also was helpful with referral # for tint replacement! However I would have given them 5 stars but they left small pieces of glass in cup holder on driver door, driveway, and in grass where repair was done. Other than that it was a smooth, fast repair….will call again if necessary….

Fantastic experience with this company . They did an amazing job. They came 15 minutes early and actually did more than I expected . The entire car this young man vacuumed out for me .
