The tech guys just left and did an incredible and quick job. I appreciated their professionalism and kindness to my little nephew I’m raising, making him feel like he was a helper. That means a lot to me. I called yesterday to get a quote and they were at my door about 9:30 am today. Amazing. Cheaper than a local glass company quoted me and I’d have to take my car in and cheaper than Safelite, which couldn’t get me in for two weeks. Multiple ways to pay, convenient, super nice, supporting small business, what more could you want?

My neighbor’s tree broke off and fell on my car, leaving a large crack in my windshield. I was frustrated and aggravated—especially since this was the second time a tree from their yard had damaged my car. I needed to get back on the road as soon as possible, and Auto Glass Repair of STL made that happen. I was able to get an appointment within a day. Dennis, the repairman, arrived on time, was friendly, and handled my car with care. He even offered to move my car and made sure to park it away from the tree afterward to prevent further damage. The windshield repair took less than an hour, and the process was smooth and efficient. I hope I don’t need another windshield repair anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be calling Auto Glass Repair of STL again.

Where do I start? These guys are nothing short of amazing! Started with them being the only company that could find the glass for my car that had gotten broken into, mind you the temps are freezing in STL - so needed replaced badly! They couldn't find it locally so they offered to drive and pickup my replacement glass for me, and cross verified the part number to ensure it was the correct glass (previously had a company come out the day before to replace but they brung the wrong glass)!! Moments before I pulled up to their location, managed to hit one pot hole that blew my brand new tire... these guys immediately offered me solutions to keep me on the road - from trying to get their neighboring tire business to fix or replace my tire! Ended up just going with my spare, but they put it on for me & aired it up - for NO EXTRA charge.. car was finished, I paid, and told them how much I appreciate them for turning my day around... went out to start car and it wouldn't start... turns out now I need a starter, but these guys immediately came out to jump my car! Craziest part - they were now closed!! Still didn't hesitate! Very genuine group of guys here, just wanting to help people! Thank you guys again, really made my day! I'd recommend this shop to anyone!

I definitely recommend CHIPFIX windshield repair for many reasons. First of all Chris, who came out to fix my window was fantastic, very knowledgeable, very friendly and did an excellent job. Secondly, CHIPFIX company was able to get me in the next day whereas other competitors such as Safelite could not get me in until August 8th, which would have been 6 days from now and I could not risk the crack in the windshield getting any larger. Thank goodness they could come out quickly to fix the problem. Even though they don't work with insurance companies, they gave me an invoice which I was able to submit to my insurance company with no problem and they are going to reimburse me for the cost. I appreciate them so much that I asked for business cards from Chris because I know my neighbors see commercial trucks or vans that come out and they ask how was service I had and I'm happy to tell them I was very pleased. Thank you guys you did a great job.

Killer quotes. Literally killing competition. Got my 2024 Volkswagen windows (three of them!) replaced at the same cost it would have taken to get just the windshield done at other places. Dont sleep, call them now. Oh and they vacuumed my SUV for free, just because. I didn't even have broken glass in there but they was like, Ahh heck why not? I was super happy, like they were tipping me to be a customer. Cool 😎

I give them 10 ⭐️! I'm an out of towner and window got busted out while attending the Chris Brown concert at The Dome. I found their contact info on Google and reached out to them around 4am and they responded back 2.5 hours later. Had a good price on the window glass I needed and an open availability for 10am that morning. Even while running behind, they stayed in contact with me. Jaylen pulled up to the hotel I was staying at, around 10:14am and was done with my car at 10:45am. Jaylen was fast, professional, communicate well, and got me back right. He even vaccuum the broken glass in my car. I will definitely recommend this business and will be using them again...if needed! Thanks Jaylen!

Im a very busy small business owner, with a very bad cracked windshield on my F-250. I knew i needed a new windshield and i just wanted the work to be done right with high quality parts and service. I was contacted the day before to confirm my appointment by the receptionist, as well as contacted by the service tech Richard. Richard even let me know when he would be there even 30 minutes prior to being at my shop. He walked me through what i ordered, i handed him the keys and walked away. I had him do the new windshield, wiper blades, and glass weather treatment. Overall my experience was over the top, if i could hire Richard for my own company i would hands down. - for everyone wondering why i went with the most expensive company is because im paying for service, quality, experience. I was asked to leave a review of the Safelite location where I just had a windshield replaced in my new Toyota 4Runner, TRD Off Road Premium. Very Nice. Got it on May 22, then with only 345 miles on it, and driving west on Highway 70 between St Louis and Columbia Missouri, near Wright City, on June 11, in the road construction area, an 18 wheeler threw a HUGE rock into my windshield and smashed it, right in front of the driver. Scared the living daylights out of me and my passenger. We thought we were goners!! Right away, I called my insurance company, AAA, and they said Safelite handles all their GLASS claims. AAA did not do a good job of explaining their relationship with Safelite, and I wanted my dealer to do the work and get OEM glass for the broken one. My dealer said, no, they do not do glass work! And, the instructions from AAA were confusing, etc. So, I drove to my nearest SAFELITE shop and started crying about my broken windshield, and that the 4runner needed to be repaired to new status, with OEM Glass, and that it needed to get on the road ASAP due to travel plans!!! They were awesome! First they tried to patch it up, but, the repair was not acceptable. So, they said skip that and agreed to rush it back in and replace broken glass with OEM glass, so I could get on the road.. THEY were able to work it in, they got OEM glass in it and as best I can tell, it is as good as new. There was a challenge when I brought it in. These 2025 models are new to the techs. They did not think they had the means to recalibrate the electronics for the lane assist, etc. So, we had a long chat about the options. I suggested help from the dealership. The tech made some calls, and found out that he actually did have the means to do the calibration, after all. He just did not know the shop had gotten the right stuff in. Guess they did!!! The long and the short of it is, I was super nervous about these people doing the work. But, they worked hard to get me in and repaired like new. IN the days while I waited, I got good reports about the quality of their work, from multiple sources. The sources proved to right. I am happy with how things went and I am grateful to the shop for doing the repair asap, so the suv could leave on time for the trip!!! Yes, I can recommend the shop I went to.

Got window replaced this weekend after 2pm on a Saturday on my SUV ( WOW)! A lot of auto glass places close at 12 or booked up before noon. This place has 5 stars on every review and current for a reason. Long story short called got a price, very nice lady called back and lowered the price and wanted my business that day to get windshield replaced( top grade OEM glass used and sound proof). Appointment at 2:30 , they had the glass out before 3:00 and the new one in 7 mins later. Left the shop before 3:40 to let the bonding cure to the windshield replaced. They taped it down told me not to do a direct car wash on it for 3days and driving home don't go over 55mph and watch out for pot holes .Once home don't drive it anywhere for 2hrs. Me being me drove 35-40 mph home , and parked it for the night to make sure. Took tape off the next day (they said take tape off the same time I came in for appointment). I took tape off around 10:30 pm that night! Glass is perfect, clean, no more crack in shield, not leaks, life time warranty includes rock chipping or cracked glass and workmanship. I know whom I'm referring and going to fix any car or truck glass on any vehicle. All places should do this kind of work service and hours if needed. You need a windshield repaired or glass period the place to go another great review 5 stars for 7 Start Auto.
