Auto Glass Repair of STL

My neighbor’s tree broke off and fell on my car, leaving a large crack in my windshield. I was frustrated and aggravated—especially since this was the second time a tree from their yard had damaged my car. I needed to get back on the road as soon as possible, and Auto Glass Repair of STL made that happen. I was able to get an appointment within a day. Dennis, the repairman, arrived on time, was friendly, and handled my car with care. He even offered to move my car and made sure to park it away from the tree afterward to prevent further damage. The windshield repair took less than an hour, and the process was smooth and efficient. I hope I don’t need another windshield repair anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be calling Auto Glass Repair of STL again.

Drew W. Was the tech assigned to my work order. I’m really impressed with this company and would recommend them and use them again. I unexpectedly and accidentally shattered my rear windshield on Tuesday night, they were here with replacement glass Thursday morning. The customer service to get a quote and schedule an appointment was quick and easy. Drew the tech called before arriving, was very friendly and funny to chat with, he serviced my car in under two hours and the glass looks great and clean. The pricing was fair and acceptable- there weren’t any hidden fees or add in cost or up vs charging. I truly appreciate this company’s straight forward and prompt and professional service. Auto Glass Repair was phenomenal. Woke up Sunday morning to my window busted out. I called around 930 am and they responded within minutes to get me on their schedule. They were the only glass repair company that could service my car the following day. Their communication was top notch and the technician, Drew, was a rockstar. He cleaned up all of the glass and installed my window in about 1 hour then completed my friends car in about the same time. Payment was easy and the only work I had to do was schedule the appointment and hand Drew the keys. Highly recommend these folks. They are excellent!

Ritchie is awesome. Quality work and competitive price. This guy came out in 100 degree heat to replace my window. Super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Never even complained even though it was miserable outside. Also, a few months earlier I had the same window replaced by Safelite after taking a rock on the highway. Their tech had no clue what he was doing, struggled with the job, broke most of the clips on the cowling and never replaced them. Ritchie not only had no issues, but he replaced all the missing clips and properly secured the cowl. Thanks man. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience with Auto Glass Repair of STL. Excellent customer service. My vehicle was broken into in a hospital garage while my wife was birthing our child and I shopped around for an immediate window replacement and everyone would need 3 days to get to me. Auto Glass Repair understood my situation and Justin - lead technician went out of his way to squeeze me into his schedule the very next day and very reasonable pricing. I’m so grateful that I used Auto Glass Repair of STL after my car was broken into. NONE of the other auto glass repair places responded to my emails, but this company responded at 7:30 on a Sunday morning!! From then it was amazing communication so that I could plan my work schedule around my appointment. My technician was Richie and he was amazing - super friendly and sent me update texts so I knew just when to expect him. AND a good price. I hope that I never need to use them again, however, i wouldn’t hesitate for a second to do so!!

Visited Saint Louis to visit family and this happened! Emailed for a quote at 1030 pm and by 6am I received a text with a price and availability. They were able to show up the next day at 11am. Justin was very professional and punctual. Justin took the time to clean up a lot of the glass and treated my truck as if it was his own. I highly recommend this company and ask for Justin. He made an pain in the butt event bearable and I was quickly back on the road! Thanks Justin!!!

I’m so impressed with Auto Glass Repair of STL. I texted them at 7:30 the night of my incident and by 8:30 the next morning they were on their way to my house. Drew was professional, kind, and fast. Richie did an excellent job repairing a chip in my windshield. Communicated exactly when he’d arrive and had everything cleaned up and good as new in about 20 minutes. He was so friendly and sweet with my daughter watching his every move. Could barely see where the repair was done and hopefully will save me from replacing the whole windshield. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thankful for the great service.

Auto Glass Repair of STL did an awesome job on repairing two of our car windows that were broken out while downtown for a baseball game. Out of all the companies I contacted for this repair they had the best price, were very quick to respond and got us scheduled and windows replaced within 48 hours of my initial inquiry. Highly recommend! Our technician, Drew, was professional and did a great job!
