Really great service and reasonably priced! We called around to several places and quotes were all over the map. I had to stay home with a sick kiddo and was trying to find someplace that could come to me out in Willard. Was very happy to find Mobile Auto Glass Repair's quote was the best AND they could come out to me. Scheduling was simple and they called to confirm, even agreed to text me since the open appointment slot was when my kid was napping so he didn't get woken up. Windshield ended up being $20 more, but considering they made me aware of the cost difference ahead of time and were able to come out and fit me in quickly, that was not a problem at all and well worth it. Installation was super fast and efficient. I had made myself lunch when they started and hadn't even finished eating by the time they were done. Paid with my card right then and there. Process couldn't have been any simpler and I'm really happy with the install. I hate to leave a bad review but I feel like I need to. They were fast and friendly. But I’m not happy with my installation. The windshield was set too low leaving a larger gap at the top and the vin number not in the correct location at the bottom that’s visible through the windshield. They said they would come and reset it for free. But if the windshield was to break during that process that I would be responsible for the cost of replacing it. The warranty only covers leaks and whistling. I’m worried that water and dirt will be stuck in this gap. I have made an appointment with another company to have it reset. From the first phone call the entire team did an amazing job! The quote I got was surprisingly affordable-so much so that I had to make sure that it was right! The customer service and response time were amazing! They stayed in contact to let me know when they would be at my house to do the repair. The guys that came out were super friendly and had the work done within 30 minutes. They were knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. The owners here made 2 appointments with me andfand to call me and cancel with me on both occasions and used the excuse that they don't service my area after making both appointments and both times I called them and left voicemails and texts when they were in Mansfield and Forsyth and come right through Ava poor time management skills and and poor communication. Had a windshield replaced and they did an excellent job. I was able to select an actual appointment time. None of the half day of block time. Once scheduled, the tech called prior to arrival to inform me he was in route. He arrived in a timely manner. He was highly professional, courteous and worked efficiently. I priced windshields at several locations. They qouted me the cheapest price on a better glass than others gave. I would use them again without hesitation 5 stars!

I am absolutely astonished that these people are in business. Waited for an hour in the rain with my 4 year old, with a NO SHOW from them! It is a complete disregard for people and their time! After waiting a half hour passed our appointment we called and were told they would check on the driver. From there we heard nothing back and they never picked up the phone from there. We had an appointment scheduled for 11AM on Friday June 7th and they failed to put us on said schedule. They didn’t show and when we called their best response was “oh that’s my bad we can be there Monday the earliest” this is a joke for a company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, they didn’t even try to make up for their mistake. A complete waste of time seeing as we needed to take off work for the appointment.

10/10 would recommend. I had a wonderful experience and was able to stay at my desk during a busy work day while Frankie replaced my windshield. Feeling super grateful for their competitive prices and the service and expertise was phenomenal. Book your service. The bad reviews have nothing to do with their work, I was able to book via text and he was 20 minutes early.

I offered to bring my car to them for my appointment but was told there was no need since they serviced my area. I was even in Springfield the day of and drove all the way home to make sure I was there when they showed up. After wasting that time, gas money, and trying to call several times they never showed up or answered the phone. Really disappointed.

Honestly if I could give them a zero star I would I have been trying to contact them and they won't call or answer my calls I ordered my windshield back in November 14th of 2024 and have yet to receive it or get any calls back from them so honestly don't recommend going through them because they can't even call back or answer there phone.
