Star Auto Glass

First off I made an appointment for my window to be replaced. When I get there there is no one there. I call the number and the same gentleman answered he's tells me he forgot about me and left. He say to wait and he'll be there. Finally he shows up needless to say it 100 degrees outside.we go inside and they guys seems a little slow and spacey so anyways I pay the 200 to have my window replaced then I have to go back in my car while he drives off telling me now he has to go pick up my glass it's been a hr and a half at this point . Finally he shows back up 30 min later smelling like beer. He put my window in and tells me he can replaced my trim cause it was broken. I say ok. and pay 20 for the new used part . He say I'll have for you tomorrow well now it's the next day I call and he tells me he forgot and is going to pick it up tomorrow this is absolutely ridiculous business practice .

Star auto glass is ok place but they need to train their emloyees, they know cars but not semi trucks, for example when they change my semi truck windshield one of their employee broked the new windshiel that he was working on it, and i had to wait an other hr to get a new windshiel they order, they wasted my time, plus some of their employees had a bad attitude epecialy the short hispanic guy that was puting the windshield on my semi, conclution may be they’re good for cars but if you’re a Otr truck driver please be careful and think about before you use their service, even their employees don’t know how to open the hood, they almost broke the hood handle but luckly i was there and help them open.

I highly recommend Star Auto Glass!! I had called just about every place in Springfield to get a quote on replacing my windshield, and Star Auto Glass was the cheapest by far. He was able to schedule me in right away the next day when the time worked for my schedule. He got me in and out in about an hour. I paid exactly what I was quoted. I was expecting it to take longer than hour, so I was super excited it didn’t take long at all. He did an amazing job, plus he was super nice and informative on the after care. Also, Star Auto Glass does have a comfortable waiting area with TV and free wifi for those who need to wait there for their vehicle to be finished.

As a truck driver, I needed my windshield fixed right away. So, I called these guys and they told me to pull whenever I could and they would get me fixed up. I showed up to their shop at 3:30 PM and they got started on it right away. Not to mention, I have a huge visor on my truck they had to take off and reinstall also. Anyway, they were super friendly, let me sit in their A/C office while they got it done. I left around 5:00 PM with a smile on my face and back on the road. If I have any windshield issues, I will for sure be using these guys again!

Windshield was done in half the quoted time, staff was helpful and professional and gave very clear instructions for immediately after replacement. Good thing too, as I was planning on going to a car wash the next day! Planning was a breeze, and my windshield needed to be ordered and he worked with my schedule to get everything done quickly

Honest, fast, excellent installation and the lowest prices in town. This guy is gonna put all the other auto glass places in town out of business. He has great customer service, is exceptionally kind and got the job done in mere minutes. I will DEFINITELY be back. Texas hospitality and the service was over and beyond what's necessary

Saturday Morning - 9:30am: I wake up to a chip in my windshield. They had me in the shop and sealing the chip by 10:30. I paid the gentlemen and was out the door by 11:00am. Absolutely outstanding service, and workmanship. 100% recommend to anyone who needs some chips sealed or even a whole windshield replaced!

Staff was phenomenal, got the windshield I needed and gave a discount because I didn’t know they needed to add a rain sensor. Did a phenomenal job on the windshield and looks amazing! had some other issues with the car but it would have passed inspection without the other issues! Thank you so much!!

Had me in and out in like 30 minutes. They even went to pick in pull and got the window I needed for me. I had to work and wasn't going to get there in time if I had to get the part myself. They hooked me up. I would recommend

Great service. Reasonable prices as well. The gentleman I dealt with was very accommodating when I had to drop my van off early and got it done while I was at a work function. Will definitely use again if needed.
