One of the most solid companies I have dealt with in a long time! I have had two windshields replaced by A1. We had an issue with one after it was installed. Prepared for the current business environment of slimy cell phone providers in which businesses always want to deny anything is wrong or skirt around their responsibility in it, I cannot tell you how refreshing it was when Brook took the call asked us to come back in and they would fixe it without another word. A1 is a relic of what customer service used to be. Not only cheerful and professional, but they stand behind their work. That my friends, is how you earn a customer’s loyalty. My appointment on Feb. 21,2025 at 10 am went very good. Got there early like 10-15 minutes before 10 am. Checked in and was greeted. Did all the paperwork. I was there waiting for my windshield to be replaced. It was repaired within 2.5 hrs. As Auto Glass Now had mentioned to me 1- 2 hrs the most and depending on the situation of calibration if you have newer car with lane departure and other camera that they need to calibrate. They also mentioned that if these faults don’t clear then I would have to sign a waiver form and take it to the dealer to clear it out. Overall the repair went very well. All my fault codes were cleared after the new windshield was installed. The new windshield was very clean and installation was clean. I would definitely go back to Auto Glass Now next time I have crack on my windshield or other glass issues. Great customer service and informing about my windshield repair. It’s a 2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE AWD.

On Monday, February 10th, I called Auto Glass Specialist in the morning to try and make an appointment to replace my front, passenger-side window. My car had been broken into, and I was in desperate need of a new window that day. The gentleman on the phone told me they had my window in stock and could come to me and replace it that same day! I was so happy and relieved to be getting the window taken care of so soon. Other places I tried couldn't get me in or didn't return my calls until later. The two men who came to fix my window also repaired a chip in my windshield for a lower rate than normal. They even took great care to be sure they got all of the glass pieces out of my door. I am very pleased with the service provided. Although I hope to not need these services again, I will be calling Auto Glass Specialist if the need arises. My ONLY complaint is that I was given business cards but they didn't have the names of the two men who worked on my window. I would love to name them specifically, but I'm sure all of your guys are great based on the service I got! Thank you!

My son is a student at MSU and had the glass broken in his sunroof. I was 2 hours away and called Carsten Auto Glass first thing in the morning and spoke with Paul. He was very helpful and assured me he would take care of my son. After assessing the damage to the sunroof, he quickly called me back. He was able to research that the sunroof was under recall and that most likely it would be repaired for free if we called the company to file a claim. He also explained that Carsten was not an authorized dealer to perform the work and I would need to take the car to another company for the repair. Paul exhibited excellent customer service when he let me know about the recall and didn't just charge me $600 for the new glass. He also referred me to the proper repair shop without hesitation. There was no way I would have ever found out about the recall on my own. I thank him for his honestly and professionalism. I don't live in Springfield, but if I did I would use Carsten again without reservation.

Gabby, who was the receptionist, was beyond awesome! Her assistance, kindness and overall professionalism was simply top notch! If you’re looking for a great place to take your vehicle to, this is it! We had a bump in the road while things were progressing, but Gabby had the foresight to handle the situation and went above and beyond to make it right! Bryce, was the technician who installed the window and he did a phenomenal job as well. These guys are fantastic and I cannot day enough good things! Need some glass repair, come to these guys! They can also provide mobile service as well within 50 miles!

Really great service and reasonably priced! We called around to several places and quotes were all over the map. I had to stay home with a sick kiddo and was trying to find someplace that could come to me out in Willard. Was very happy to find Mobile Auto Glass Repair's quote was the best AND they could come out to me. Scheduling was simple and they called to confirm, even agreed to text me since the open appointment slot was when my kid was napping so he didn't get woken up. Windshield ended up being $20 more, but considering they made me aware of the cost difference ahead of time and were able to come out and fit me in quickly, that was not a problem at all and well worth it. Installation was super fast and efficient. I had made myself lunch when they started and hadn't even finished eating by the time they were done. Paid with my card right then and there. Process couldn't have been any simpler and I'm really happy with the install. I highly recommend Star Auto Glass!! I had called just about every place in Springfield to get a quote on replacing my windshield, and Star Auto Glass was the cheapest by far. He was able to schedule me in right away the next day when the time worked for my schedule. He got me in and out in about an hour. I paid exactly what I was quoted. I was expecting it to take longer than hour, so I was super excited it didn’t take long at all. He did an amazing job, plus he was super nice and informative on the after care. Also, Star Auto Glass does have a comfortable waiting area with TV and free wifi for those who need to wait there for their vehicle to be finished.
