Gabby, who was the receptionist, was beyond awesome! Her assistance, kindness and overall professionalism was simply top notch! If you’re looking for a great place to take your vehicle to, this is it! We had a bump in the road while things were progressing, but Gabby had the foresight to handle the situation and went above and beyond to make it right! Bryce, was the technician who installed the window and he did a phenomenal job as well. These guys are fantastic and I cannot day enough good things! Need some glass repair, come to these guys! They can also provide mobile service as well within 50 miles!

Took my work vehicle in to get the windshield replaced, they shattered my rearview mirror and didn't tell me about it. Instead they pulled a mirror out of their junk pile and put it on my windshield hoping that I wouldn't notice the paint was all flaked off of it. Then less than 6 months later my windshield cracked mysteriously all the way up the center and they won't warranty it. So I take my truck to A-1 and they tell me the rearview mirror they replaced it with no longer fits my windshield, so now I have to go buy an adapter or a new rear view mirror. What a joke this place is.

The regulator in my window died. The window came crashing down with it, shattering all over the place. Carsten's not only got me in ASAP, but they made the whole process easy. They couldn't get the part in until the next day, so they replaced my window and fixed it so it would hold in place. Then they let me leave without paying a dime--even though they put in a new window--and told me they'd see me tomorrow to finish it up. These people don't know me from anybody. Amazing customer service. I hope I don't ever need their service again, but I can guarantee I'd be back!

I had an unexpected indoor water feature appear in my car earlier this week. I took it to get resealed with the possibility that the shop would have to replace to whole windshield. Nope, the Carsten Auto team added some sealant at no cost & said to call them back if it gives me any more trouble. Huge thanks to the folks at Carsten Auto Glass for getting my car in so quickly and checking it out. Very friendly I set up an appointment to have a windshield but into my truck at my house. Very professional and update on parts. The reason I’m going to give them five stars is bc the day of the install my wife became very sick and I had to take take her to the emergency room and she was admitted. Carsten’s with out even missing a beat went to a different location to replace the windshield about an hour and a half away from originally planned installation site what wonderful people thank you very much

I was fully impressed by Carstens when I needed my windshield replaced! I called about a week ago after being quoted $400 somewhere else. I called Aasby automotive (my usual auto mechanic) and they recommended Carstens. Carstens quoted me $228 and had availability less than a week away when I was on a time crunch. They told me it would take about an hour and it ended up taking less than that! I left paying $228 in 35 minutes. If I ever need any auto glass replaced again this is where I would come!

Stopped in for an issue I was having with the trim around the windshield on my wife's car. The woman at the front desk immediately when out to take a look, came back in and said they could repair with a small application of glue. She was insistent that I didn't owe her anything as it was "just a small amount of glue". I appreciate this level of customer service and kindness. I will utilize Carsten for any of my auto glass needs in the future and would highly recommend.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Had a cracked windshield replaced, they didn't align it correctly, and my driver assist features stopped working. Realigned windshield AGAIN, and now it's leaking. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I should not have to have the same windshield realigned 3 times in less than two weeks!!! I have used them over the years. Most recently, they installed a windshield for me. There was an issue with the install I noticed after leaving. They were very quick to stick up for their work and resolved the issue. Not only was this place extremely fast, only taking 30 minutes to install the window. They were also extremely nice, and insightful. I told him the wrong windshield, and they were able to install the correct one at a very good price.
