Auto Glass Specialist

They installed my back glass well but dropped a tool and chipped the paint on my car about the size of a finger nail. It would have been one thing if they told me because life happens but they tried to repair it with window rubber themselves to "glue" the chip back in which ultimately damaged the paint more. It was extremely unprofessional and when I went back 2 minutes after leaving to address this with them they tried to say the car was already chipped. They only stopped when I showed them pictures of my broken back glass from an hour before that had absolutely no damage as well as the car and paint chip were covered in window rubber. I still have not heard from them on how this will be taken care of as they gave me a phone number to call a Auto Paint repair company when they should have dealt with this themselves as it was not my fault. I don't want to but I may have to file with their insurance if I don't hear back from them. What started as a professional likeable experience turned into a company I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The 2 stars is because the glass hasn't broken yet.

On Monday, February 10th, I called Auto Glass Specialist in the morning to try and make an appointment to replace my front, passenger-side window. My car had been broken into, and I was in desperate need of a new window that day. The gentleman on the phone told me they had my window in stock and could come to me and replace it that same day! I was so happy and relieved to be getting the window taken care of so soon. Other places I tried couldn't get me in or didn't return my calls until later. The two men who came to fix my window also repaired a chip in my windshield for a lower rate than normal. They even took great care to be sure they got all of the glass pieces out of my door. I am very pleased with the service provided. Although I hope to not need these services again, I will be calling Auto Glass Specialist if the need arises. My ONLY complaint is that I was given business cards but they didn't have the names of the two men who worked on my window. I would love to name them specifically, but I'm sure all of your guys are great based on the service I got! Thank you!

I needed a windshield for my 2018 WRX and ended up here by word of mouth. Having needed auto glass in the past, using someone else, I dreaded even calling. However, not only did they get me in same day, and got the job done within a very short time, they were all incredibly friendly, treated my car like it was their own, and the price was unbeatable. What I wasn't looking forward to at first turned into such a fantastic experience they've gained a customer for life. Like, I'm not hoping my windshield breaks again, but if it does I won't be dreading making a phone call and getting it done. Honest, hardworking, professional, clean, and super friendly? If they were a guy, I'd be asking to go for drinks, but I'll settle for keeping their number in my phone for when I, or anyone else I know, needs them! I had a car window get broken and I, like everyone, searched google. I saw Auto Glass Specialist had good reviews so I gave them a call. I talked with Ben, and he was really helpful. As the car is older, he had to order the window, but he said it would be here on Wednesday and they would meet me at work at 10:30. Erik showed up exactly on time. I made a mistake with the car info, so they had to re-order the glass, and said they would be back on Friday. Friday morning at exactly the time they promised, they showed up and replaced the window perfectly. I got incredible service at a very fair price. We all hope we don't have to replace glass in our vehicles, but if you do, make these guys your first call. Amazing customer service! Seems like a family business and they care very much about their work and how they present themselves. Their warehouse was clean and organized. They have a really cozy lounge room with pinball machines and really nice movie room chairs with a big tv. They told me it would take an hour at most to replace my windshield and it was done within 45 minutes. I got a call promptly letting me know it was ready and everyone was super nice again at checkout. It was $250 for a small hatchback cars windshield, which I feel is an appropriate/good price. Definitely left very satisfied and feeling good about how I spent my money. Didn’t feel taken advantage of or screwed over like a lot of repair shops.

I had a great experience here. I called and asked if they could put in a new window regulator for my car. They got me an appointment that day within 2 hours of calling. I came in, gave them the part and they showed me to their waiting room. Talk about comfort while you're waiting! The waiting room had a fully stocked refrigerator full of cold drinks, soft leather chairs for sitting and the room was nice & quiet. It took them less than hour to complete the job AND they're prices were lower than every other place I called. Customer service was off the charts and they did an Awesome job. I highly recommend this place. You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you for the great experience, during a very stressful time.

This is an amazing company and I highly recommend them for your auto glass needs. I needed my side door window repaired and was looking for same day service. This company had the most reasonable and affordable prices AND they were available to come to my home within an hour of me calling (FREE of charge)! When they arrived, they greeted us with a smile, thoroughly explained the repair process, and immediately got to work. I cant say enough good about Ben and his team. A couple vandals hit our neighborhood and smashed out a bunch of windows- mine being one. Well I called Ben the same morning it happened and took it into his shop the next day. When i pulled up I immediately noticed how clean and professional the shop was, how his crew were all smiling like they didnt hate their job. The work environment looked enjoyable. They did an amazing job at cleaning out the glass and replacing the window and even went to far as to tell me their guarantees and help me track down some reputable tint shops locally. Everything was top notch and I couldnt he happier with the install and customer service

We've had them replace a leaky windshield and more recently a broken window. Both times they came to us and completed the work very quickly at a great price. On the most recent job I later discovered a minor issue with the install. We called them up and Ben came out minutes later and had it all fixed up. No questions asked and no additional charge. He was very apologetic, and professional about it. In any business there will occasionally be mistakes. What sets a business apart is when they are ready to quickly make things right. Thanks Ben! Came here a few months ago and got a broken windshield replaced! They did an awesome job!! Few months later I got a rock thrown into new windshield and with this heat didn’t want it to spread really fast and they got me right in to fix it fast so that didn’t happen! Did again an awesome job. They have the best prices in town and nice waiting area as well! All super nice people and thankful they got me in last min!
