Auto Glass Now

My experience was okay, I was in a rush last Thursday right before Christmas and totally freaked about my windshield crack that was spreading by the hour. I called and was able to get in the next day which was amazing! I was quoted a great price compared to everywhere else I had looked. Come Friday I go to drop off my car and have the feeling I need to clarify what the price will be, thank goodness I did they had me at $100 higher! I was so worried and explained what I was told the previous day they said they would talk to management. I was desperate so I went ahead with getting it fixed either way. My car was done in great time which was amazing right before the holiday weekend started, I was told they approved my original quote which was so great. I got to my car and noticed that I could see the glue on the interior on only one side of the windshield which looked a bit odd, I snapped a photo and headed back inside to make sure things were supposed to look like that. I showed the front desk lady and an employee that was behind the desk he took a look and explained that it was fine and since it was an aftermarket windshield it was okay to look like that and in the summer the plastic might even expand and hide the glue. I was a bit skeptical but trusted their knowledge. The next day I noticed a large scratch on my hood, which I had no way of creating, totally wishing I had taken before and after photos but in my rush I didn’t. So overall not the greatest experience, they were cheap, after adjusting my quote, and fast which is all great but I wish I had had more time to shop around. But when you fear your literal windshield caving in on you, which is maybe a bit dramatic, you go with what seems to be the right choice in the beginning.

My appointment on Feb. 21,2025 at 10 am went very good. Got there early like 10-15 minutes before 10 am. Checked in and was greeted. Did all the paperwork. I was there waiting for my windshield to be replaced. It was repaired within 2.5 hrs. As Auto Glass Now had mentioned to me 1- 2 hrs the most and depending on the situation of calibration if you have newer car with lane departure and other camera that they need to calibrate. They also mentioned that if these faults don’t clear then I would have to sign a waiver form and take it to the dealer to clear it out. Overall the repair went very well. All my fault codes were cleared after the new windshield was installed. The new windshield was very clean and installation was clean. I would definitely go back to Auto Glass Now next time I have crack on my windshield or other glass issues. Great customer service and informing about my windshield repair. It’s a 2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE AWD.

Do NOT. I repeat do NOT. Go here. We went here to get my mirror reglued to my windshield and first the tech dropped and shattered my mirror which we were very understanding about. After the mirror took 3 weeks to get here they installed it finally and then must have nicked my calibrations because the car came back with two malfunctions. No adaptive cruise and no lane assist. I get those are not mandatory things but when you pay for the car you want the things. They now refuse to fix what they broke because there is no proof that they broke it even though we left the car completly fine. When called to talk about it the receptions turned extremely HATEFUL. Claiming they are done talking and it doesn’t matter because she is not the customer. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE.

Updated 07/15/24 - AGN ordered a replacement latch for my vehicle and the hatch is now functional again and is currently working as it should. They advised they are working with local salvage yards to try to locate replacement inserts for the ones that are broken. Went to Auto Glass Now to get my back windshield replaced. Came out with the plastic inserts in the liftgate broken and the latch mechanism removed and missing a working part (which is a $425 part) and the back still partially covered in glass. The manager told me to go to a junk yard for a cheaper part. I'm currently having to drive my vehicle with it tied to another piece inside my car to keep it closed.

Had a great experience with the team each time I spoke to someone. They were able to get me a quick quote and worked around my schedule. I had a cracked windshield and after describing it over the phone, they determined they would not be able to repair it but could replace it for me. They were extremely understanding when I wanted to get an opinion about having the crack repaired elsewhere. Once evaluated in person by a different company and determining I needed a full replacement, I decided to go back to this shop to give them my business because of how kind everyone had been prior. I had an appointment on Tues., Dec. 31st. Due to weather, staff called me to reschedule. They had openings on Thu. & Fri., 1/2 & 1/3. Said I didn't need an appointment. I came over just before 9 AM. They got me right in. I had a second rock chip that I had been told had been repaired. The technician brought the second crack to my attention and noted it had not been repaired. For a nominal added fee, they took care of the second crack on the spot. Staff & technician was kind and courteous. Service was quick. I was satisfied with the cost, as well. Definitely will use them again and make referrals.

Hit a little bit of a snag when I was there since their systems were down, however one of the employees was very helpful and did his best to get us taken care of..and worked through all the red tape and went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Besides the system issues Auto Glass Now has very competitive pricing and will do their best to ensure they beat the competitors if they can. Tip: Be sure to schedule an appointment even if they say to walk in.. that way they will have your glass ready and waiting for you when you arrive.

My drivers side glass shattered as I was driving to Springfield Memorial Day weekend. As soon as possible I called around to see about getting it replaced. Auto Glass Now was the only place that could fit me in first thing Tuesday morning-after the holiday-AND they were, by far, the least expensive. I dropped it off and they had it done within 1 1/2 hours. They also cleaned all the shattered glass out of my car! They did a great job. They were prompt and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

The team at Auto Glass Now was amazing. I called in advance and they let me know it would be better to wait because of the rain in the forecast. When I made it in later this week, they found the quote I had requested, got me in right away and fixed my chip in about 30 minutes. They were super friendly, efficient and even have a warranty for their work! I appreciate them fitting me in before I left for vacation so I could travel without worry of the chip cracking further.
