Went to another place for a windshield replacement who quoted it $500 and only had appointments available for three weeks out. A friend recommended NKC Autoglass instead and we called them- paid half the price and they came out to us same day. Super efficient and extremely friendly, they were done in 30 minutes and on top of that fixed a peeling dashboard problem for me too. Car looks amazing, go to these guys for EVERYTHING. NKC installed a new windshield for me. I had scheduled the install for 11am. This was scheduled with about a week notice. At about 11:20 I sent them a text to see if they were still coming. About 5 minutes later they reply saying they couldn't get windshield from the supplier that day, but they could come at the same time or earlier the next day. Not sure why they couldn't have told me that earlier in the day, but ok, things happen. Next day, they showed up a little after 11. They got right to work. About 10 minutes later they called me out saying my truck had the wrong rain sensor, asking what kind of vehicle it came out of. So I googled the part number and about two minutes later I'm pretty well convinced this is the correct sensor. They keep saying it supposed to be a smaller sensor. I suggest they brought the wrong windshield. They act like that's not possible. Fast forward 5 or 10 minutes, they looked up their part number and sure enough, wrong year windshield. At the time they had the windshield already cut out and said they'd be back to finish later. 4 hours later one of them show back up and install the correct windshield. They were the second lowest price mobile installer I found, about $100. I picked them because of the other outstanding reviews. I'd use someone else next time. NKC AutoGlass was incredible! They communicated early and often (which I appreciated as I had a lot of questions, lol). They traveled to my apartment complex at no cost and did the windshield replacement there. It straight up took them 15 minutes and they performed a flawless job. They even took the extra step of cleaning the inside and outside of my windshield before leaving which was a nice touch. The cost was leaps and bounds better than any of the competition, and who doesn't love supporting a local KC business? I had a huge rock hit my windshield on a Thursday afternoon. I called Ray that night and he was willing to help the next day! I called him Friday morning at 9am and he was at my office by 3pm that day to replace the whole windshield. It was Labor Day weekend too! Had it done in less than 30 min and it looked perfect! Have had 0 issues or leaks since then. I had to schedule to get my windshield fixed last minute before going out of town. I wasn’t the clearest on the day and time I needed, and I thought I wouldn’t get helped all together. Ray showed up the day I was expecting, and came a bit earlier than he said. My windshield was fixed in 30 minutes with no problems! I’m super happy with the service I received. I’ve been searching for a replacement windshield for a couple weeks now and happen to see that this company was located pretty close to my home after getting two other quotes from two other businesses, which I had to take my vehicle to them to have a replacement done both of those quotes were double what I paid this company very very satisfied. I tried calling many places, Ray is the only 1 that actually answered his phone! I truly appreciated that. I had a cracked windshield, a window that wouldn’t go up. I called Ray and he literally showed up that day. Ray came out several times( Simply because my car hates me) Fixed my problem every time. Ray was running late, but he was very kind. He was able to fix my window the next day after I called. I called 6 other places for a quote and nobody picked up the phone, but Ray was quick to answer. He is very affordable and responsive. He did a great job cleaning all the glass out of my car. I am thankful he was willing to work outside under freezing temperatures. WOW!! What an amazing work they did. Someone came and hit my car with a rock and it shattered my windshield and they gave me a fair price to fix the windshield and I was met by two bearded people I think their name Rezhin or Bezhin I think they said their cod names were coronavirus or something he said he was good so he gave me an extra discount for playing cod!!! Jon is the one who helped me on the windshield. He was very easy to hook (I got it done the next day), It took him only 15 minutes, he came to my location instead of driving anywhere, and I saved over $100 compared to competitors.
