My experience with KC Auto Glass was grand. Jeff was the technician who replaced my windshield. This was at least the third windshield that I was fortunate enough to have KC Auto Glass at the helm. KC Auto Glass has proven excellent customer service . Their prices are by far more affordable than the competition. KC Auto Glass has an excellent personable rapport with the Kansas City metropolitan area providing a mobile auto glass replacement service that comes with timely appointments . I received the owner Mark Mabry's word that he would contact me an hour before either he or another technician would arrive and another one went in route. Jeff the technician was in my driveway and had my windshield out It seemed like in a flash. That was even with Jeff taking the time to show my dog Baby some love . There was no mess no mishaps just true dedicated professionalism and good ol' American labor. Leaving My vehicle cleaner than when he arrived . Shoutout to KC Auto Glass for their prompt and professional service. A break-in incident left my front passenger window cracked and rear passenger window shattered on a Sunday morning and KC Auto Glass were the first/quickest to get back to me after requesting a quote online. I got a transparent quote for both front and rear window pricing which altogether ran me just a bit over $500. We set up an appointment over phone for the next day between 8-11 to which they arrived at my location just around 8 AM. Mark and Julian were friendly and professional, they wasted no time getting both windows installed and cleaning up the aftermath of glass shards left inside the car door. Mark advised me before the process he may have to remove my window rain guards in order to fit the new windows in but thankfully he was able to leave them intact. All in all super fast and professional guys who were very pleasant to do business with, they restored my peace of mind as if nothing ever happened to my car. KC Auto Glass is absolutely incredible. One of the best local companies I have had the pleasure to work with. My minivan needed a new windshield. We scheduled the work to be done by a large national company but after two scheduling and ordering mishaps we decided to look someplace else. We found Mark and called on Tuesday - he came out Wednesday morning and had everything finished in under an hour. To top it all off he was considerably less expensive than the other place. KC Auto Glass is the real deal! If you want friendly, affordable, reliable and incredible workmanship than call Mark and his team. I highly, highly recommend!!

Mark from KC Auto Glass was amazing! I reached out via email over the weekend and he quoted and scheduled my mobile repair on the weekend. When he came out, he said the chip wouldn't spread and didn't need to be fixed so no charge. He could have said nothing and done the repair anyway and I would have paid for it not knowing I could skip the repair. Mark called the day I put in for a quote, and was extremely nice and got me taken care of the next day, due to putting in my Info a little late in the evening, his guy called and got here in the time window that he said he would. Got my shattered windshield out no problem, and got a new one in even though my pillar was bent, but he made it happen! Super super nice and friendly. Will definitely use them in the future. My car was broken into in westport and I had to pay out of pocket to have my drivers side window replaced. I looked online and contacted several places to get a quote on a new window and they all seemed ridiculously high. I found Mark online and he contacted me immediately with a very fair price! Although I was not expecting this expense, I was very pleased with the whole experience and Mark did a wonderful job! We needed our windshield replaced after a rock hit it. After checking out reviews, I contacted KC Auto Glass and I'm so glad we did! We were able to make an appointment right away for the same week. On the day of the appointment, the technician was, knowledgeable and skilled so the job only took 45 minutes from start to end. As an added bonus, he was also friendly and fun to talk with. We were very happy with the whole process KC Auto Glass will be my first call the next time we need them!

Couldn’t recommend them more. Mark just replaced my windshield and I couldn’t be more impressed. Nice dude to talk to and he was in and out in 30 minutes, and he showed up when he said he would be here.
