I had Safelight replace the windshield on my Mustang about a year ago....horrible job. Had Auto Glass Works out based on a referral and they did an amazing job. Not an easy window to do due to no trim on the top. Today I had them replace my 4Runner windshield. They answered the phone, were on time, efficient, did a great job, and I got the paid invoice right away. I seem to run into a lot of companies not doing what they say they'll do, but not a single issue with these guys. Recommend 100%

Cruddy timing as all accidents are, we needed a new rear hatch window replacement after it was shattered backing into the corner of a construction dumpster in the dark. Steve went above and beyond to locate one with the necessary split glass panels that fit the Highlander. This replacement rear window also had the necessary intact working wiper mechanism. He located it from a reputable salvage place in Oklahoma. His wife Bethany couldn’t have been kinder with every phone contact from the start and expressed her compassion for the entire accident and circumstances. The entire family, including their son Cade who helped with the repair, worked so hard to get our SUV repaired as soon as possible. The waiting area showed a steady parade of customers. They seem to have quite a bit of repeat business with high customer satisfaction and now we are definitely one of those customers too. It was a drive to get there from Lenexa, but oh so worth it!

My experience with KC Auto Glass was grand. Jeff was the technician who replaced my windshield. This was at least the third windshield that I was fortunate enough to have KC Auto Glass at the helm. KC Auto Glass has proven excellent customer service . Their prices are by far more affordable than the competition. KC Auto Glass has an excellent personable rapport with the Kansas City metropolitan area providing a mobile auto glass replacement service that comes with timely appointments . I received the owner Mark Mabry's word that he would contact me an hour before either he or another technician would arrive and another one went in route. Jeff the technician was in my driveway and had my windshield out It seemed like in a flash. That was even with Jeff taking the time to show my dog Baby some love . There was no mess no mishaps just true dedicated professionalism and good ol' American labor. Leaving My vehicle cleaner than when he arrived . My first time having to have a windshield replaced, and they live up to the name. It was more than that though, they went above and beyond even cleaning my grubby car up some (boy mom). I also have to comment that they work very quickly with an air of determination. In all honesty I can't judge their work. It looks pristine, unchanged, and there's no visibly gaps or wind noise. Outside of it springing a surprise leak at the next down pour, I'm confident this staff of efficient workers have definitely earned 5 stars. Oh, did I mention I was there under a half hour and called only the day before to be seen? Thank you for not throwing away my dried flowers! Yeah, allll the stars.

We were having an issue with the windshield on our new to us vehicle. I requested a quote late in the day Sunday from 5 different companies, only 2 responded and Hemn was the first. He asked all the relevant questions, gave me a quote and booked the appointment for the very next morning - offering mobile service at my home for no additional cost. Thank to our unpredictable weather and yesterday's monsoon, my appointment had to be delayed by a single day, and it's a good thing because it poured here for hours. This morning Hemn called and gave me a one hour window, then called again when they were on the way. He and his assistant arrived in the original time slot, inspected the car, talked to me about the glass and the process and then got to work. These guys are fast, knowledgeable and respectful of our time and property. An hour later the old glass was out, new glass in, lots of reassembly done and they transferred my inspection and car wash stickers to the new glass. I was offered multiple payment options, told when to remove the tape, when I could drive, go to the car wash, etc and then they packed up and left, with everything exactly as it was, except a new windshield on my car. Thanks guys, for the speedy service and your expertise!

Well… the glass looks nice, but the glue is super visible and looks terrible!!! Not to mention they put interior plastic from the back hatch on the asphalt parking lot and both sides are scratched up… Honestly, it’s unbelievable and I’m worried it’s going to leak because the glue is so bad. Glue pic attached…. Hard to find glass repair places - I will still use Safelite but disappointed this time. Update: Have appointment Saturday and they sound willing to help fix the issues. Washed car and is doesn’t leak - yahoo! Update: Safelite fixed all the mistakes!! They ordered a new back panel and it looks great! No more rattling and the glass looks great too - fixed the glue runs!!! So happy I pointed out the issues - Joshua on Corrington was more than happy to help get things done right!!!
