Low Price Auto Glass

By far the worst service I have ever experienced. Took the truck to get a windshield replacement on 4/4 had the tint installed 4/12. 4/20 it rained and was leaking on both sides so I called and they told me to bring it in on 4/22. Get it there they spray glass cleaner all around the outside of the window and spray the seals with air from the inside right off the bat I notice glass cleaner go flying into the air but I let them do there thing and 15 minutes later they tell me there in no leaks on the windshield so I take the office lady out and show her where I seen glass cleaner blow out, she tell me to wait for her other employee to show up so he can look it over. He looks it over and said it was only leaking on the passenger side but he resealed both sides and that I was good to go. Get the truck home and start looking it over they got glue on the paint, tint, and windshield but at this point I don’t care to go back. On 4/27 it’s rained again and I noticed the passenger side is still leaking so I called them again and this time she blamed it on my tint and said she would pull the windshield and replace it but wouldn’t cover the tint. I told her I didn’t want them to touch and anymore and couldn’t miss anymore days at work that I’d rather just have a partial refund and she said she would not do that. Mirrors it’s about to fall, there’s glue all over and the windshield still leaks. If I could give 0 stars I would!

They are very reasonably priced. However I have been here in past and work quality not as good as it once was. I had 2004 tahoe windshield replaced because of Crack. When I got in to leave the black sealer they use was all over my interior...small shards of glass everywhere. I asked for something to wipe interior down and cut finger whipping seat. Got all sealer off. Then got home and alarm wouldn't work. They had pulled wire away from alarm antenna. No out but loose from unit. Had to move antenna to get to work and need to get replaced some day. Lastly had a bit of headliner come loose from removing windshield and they left it hanging. 3 stars because they are affordable and owner is nice to deal with but actual work leaves bad taste in you mouth. Would be 5 Star easy if had done better work.

My first time having to have a windshield replaced, and they live up to the name. It was more than that though, they went above and beyond even cleaning my grubby car up some (boy mom). I also have to comment that they work very quickly with an air of determination. In all honesty I can't judge their work. It looks pristine, unchanged, and there's no visibly gaps or wind noise. Outside of it springing a surprise leak at the next down pour, I'm confident this staff of efficient workers have definitely earned 5 stars. Oh, did I mention I was there under a half hour and called only the day before to be seen? Thank you for not throwing away my dried flowers! Yeah, allll the stars.

DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE! The workers aren't familiar with FJ Cruiser windshield repairs and broke my old windshield before I could say no to their install. I had no choice but to allow them to attempt the repair. The owner of this business called me a day before my scheduled appointment, to fit me in the day's schedule, because of the incoming weather. She said that the glue wouldn't properly adhere in single digit temperature, so I rushed down there. They ruined my paint and car body parts and refused to reimburse me for their incompetence. It has cost me more than their fee to get my car right again!

Never been here, but I needed a windshield for my 2015 Subaru. They easily had the cheapest price, with almost immediate availability. Upon arriving, you already know you’re gonna get your moneys worth. They were busy and they had a lot of employees, working hard to replace windows and windshields. Reminds me of my childhood. We spent a lot of time getting repairs and parts from places like this. I highly recommend them. I waited for around 30 minutes in their waiting area, while they got the job done! Nice hard working people!

Customer service is so so, certainly not friendly, but not rude, and you're literally just a number. They don't want your name, just your phone number. I had some communication issues with scheduling an appointment and not everyone knows what they're talking about if you call when the owners (or are they managers) are not there. That said, they had my windshield there when they'd said they would, and got it installed quickly. They're about 30% less than the competition on price, so I appreciate the value and would return.

I called in the morning to make sure they could help me. Showed up in late afternoon got me in right away and even let me and my son watch how it was done. People were very very nice and the owners were very talkative and nice as well. Owner answered some other questions about tint and referred me to a local business down there street. This place is just amazing. It’s my 4th time using their service in ten years. Each time, their windshields were by far cheaper. I was able to get in and out quickly each time. Today, I’ve only been here ten minutes and the old windshield is already out. And many years ago, I came with my young son. They even shared their lunch with us. (Pizza) that was so sweet. From experience, there’s no need to call around. Just come here. Thank you guys!!

My passenger window was smashed on a Friday night. I called them Saturday morning, they had my glass ordered and ready within the hour and in an additional hour I was back on the road. They also vacuumed all the glass out of my car! So grateful they are open on Saturday and fit you in! Prices are fair and service is friendly. They were extremely busy on this Saturday and said that's their normal, so be prepared to be patient.

If you need your windshield or any auto glass repairs - THIS IS THE PLACE!! Everybody was incredibly kind, they work fast and do a great job, not to mention they are by far the best prices around! I called probably 20 places in the KC area to replace my windshield, no one could even come CLOSE to their prices or their time availability!
