Cruddy timing as all accidents are, we needed a new rear hatch window replacement after it was shattered backing into the corner of a construction dumpster in the dark. Steve went above and beyond to locate one with the necessary split glass panels that fit the Highlander. This replacement rear window also had the necessary intact working wiper mechanism. He located it from a reputable salvage place in Oklahoma. His wife Bethany couldn’t have been kinder with every phone contact from the start and expressed her compassion for the entire accident and circumstances. The entire family, including their son Cade who helped with the repair, worked so hard to get our SUV repaired as soon as possible. The waiting area showed a steady parade of customers. They seem to have quite a bit of repeat business with high customer satisfaction and now we are definitely one of those customers too. It was a drive to get there from Lenexa, but oh so worth it!

The best of the best in family owned and run businesses with 30 years of experience! #1 in my book, and don't listen to the competition! They're the cheapest around and continue to be! The owner introduced himself along with his wife and son! Impressive! We've had several windshields replaced over the years, so we know most of the in's and out's! We used them many years ago after a referral from a friend and continue to do so! We have a "specialty" windshield, so it's a bit more complicated to find at a reasonable price! I'd use this company first! Call around for quotes after you talk to them, and you'll still use them, as they'll be the cheapest and best! All roads lead to CNC! Talk to Steve, and at least introduce yourself. You won't be sorry! The location is easy access in and out to I-70 and 435 highways! The facility is comfortable to wait on your repair! Thank you all once again!

(10/5 if I could!) I had a rock chip on my windshield and came to CNC Auto Glass for a repair—and I am beyond impressed. Cade was professional, cheerful, and clearly knows his craft. He took a quick look at the damage, explained what to expect, and told me it might take about 30 minutes. To my surprise, he was done in under 10—and the chip is practically invisible now. I can’t even tell it was there! Not only was the work excellent, but Cade also made the whole experience stress-free with his friendly attitude. He genuinely cares about his work and his customers, and it shows. I highly recommend CNC Auto Glass to anyone in need of auto glass repair. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This shop deserves it.

I was more than PLEASED with quality of work, service and the friendly experience at CNC Auto Glass. Steve quoted me a time frame of 45 minutes, and BOOM I was done in 45 minutes (well actually 35 minutes - but who was counting - me). Every line item on my receipt was explained in detail and with patience 😀. Should I EVER need Auto Glass repair again, I know exactly where to go. I would be remiss if I don't say that I called my old stand-by Low Price Auto Glass, but they didn't answer - its Monday and maybe they were just busy 🤫🤫🤫. Go and meet Bethany and her office assistant for yourself and be prepared to be amazed. Most importantly, they did not break my Bank 🤣🤣🤣.

Had an awful morning yesterday when I realized someone had broken into my car and shattered my driver’s side window. I was panicking trying to get it fixed quick and saw great things about CNC online- they didn’t disappoint! There was glass EVERYWHERE in my door and they did an amazing job cleaning up everything that fell through the cracks. They let me know they did their absolute best cleaning it all up and I appreciate their extra effort! Very fair pricing, quality work, great service. They got me in next day and I was able to relax knowing I had a new window! Will be suggesting them to anyone who needs a similar service- thanks so much for helping me out guys!

I was moving not too long ago and was passing through Missouri when my driver's side window took a rock and exploded all over me. Was recommended this place from a dealership since it was on my way through amd they had the glass. Got there the same day, within an hour or two of it happening and they immediately got to work on it, was told it'd take an hour or hour and a half they got it done FAR faster than that. Cleaned out the inside of the door and got glass that was either the same or better than OEM, everything worked and even cheaper than every or place in the state! If you need glass repaired, skip Safelite and go here, these guys rock

This place is literally the best place in Kansas and Missouri to get your windows fixed at. Must I say the lady Bethany that answered the phone and took care of me the whole time I was there made me feel like family she gave me an amazing deal. Not sure of the young man’s name, but he had great conversation while we was there. They had to go get a window and it literally only took about 35 to 40 minutes grade a customer service. They gave me a good, Quality window with tint already on it did not have to put it on myself Some of the best hospitality that I’ve had in Kansas City when dealing with a business 10 ⭐️🌟✨stars all the way

THE BEST EVER!!!! If anyone EVER needs a windshield or even a small chip fixed like I did, this is truly THE place to go! They all are family and are the nicest people I have dealt with on any glass repair for a car. Extremely reasonable in cost and availability. I had actually gone to my dealership and asked who they use for glass repair and it is CNC Auto Glass. You CAN'T go wrong by going there. They did an excellent job for me and I HIGHLY recommend them. I would go back in a heartbeat!!! Love these folks!

Had a great experience getting a rock chip filled today. The people were friendly, the service was quick, and you can’t beat their prices! The shop was also easy to access and the waiting area was comfortable and clean (though Cade finished so quickly, I hardly got to enjoy it and the book I brought with me!). Will recommend them to all my friends and they will be our first call if we need any auto glass service in the future. Special thanks to Cade: his kindness and cheery attitude made everyone smile!

I had no wait with an appointment for a windshield replacement. I was driving away 1 hour after arrival. Warranty included. Family operated and super customer service oriented. Nice, efficient, professional, excellent work. This is my 4th windshield replacement here, and I would highly recommend CNC Auto Glass. Competitive pricing! Nice and clean waiting area with a restroom. (I am just a customer, I have no family or friends here, no incentive for my review. Just nice to do business here!)
