This guy is a total racist. I don't think he remembered me from a couple of months ago getting some repairs.. and yesterday I made a post on social media about my struggles as a native American and the discrimination I have faced to which he responded with laughter and taunting. The service was decent I guess but as a person he's terrible and I would recommend you going to someone who actually has a conscience.. I've been speaking with several other people who has it been dissatisfied with his services and treatment. 37 of us have connected through media posts in the Belton Missouri area and we have all agreed to voice our complaints within the next few days.. one of us even recorded one of the very hateful and prejudice phone calls and we will be seeking further legal action beyond just reviews.. seven of us have agreed to take this to the court system and get a summons notice filed. From all we have gathered we believe we have what's needed for a class action lawsuit for discrimination.. you will be hearing from us soon....

I had Safelight replace the windshield on my Mustang about a year ago....horrible job. Had Auto Glass Works out based on a referral and they did an amazing job. Not an easy window to do due to no trim on the top. Today I had them replace my 4Runner windshield. They answered the phone, were on time, efficient, did a great job, and I got the paid invoice right away. I seem to run into a lot of companies not doing what they say they'll do, but not a single issue with these guys. Recommend 100%

Rich was very patient in explaining how to determine if my windshield had possible features, like heated wipers, ect. The guys called before coming, were very friendly, and professional. They cleaned the windshield several times to ensure no glue or smears were left. Pricing was much more affordable than Safelite. Gave great instructions before leaving on care & warranty. These guys are phenomenal/on time/Respectful/Very good at their job and very respectful of other peoples property!! These guys are awesome! Got a used car, cracked and leaking windshield. They got here 3 days later. They quickly discovered the reason for the leak (VERY bad maintenance in the past) and did a fantastic job of cleaning it up, priming the area and installing new glass. Had a crack that was getting worse in my windshield and had to get it replaced. Had got a quote from Safelite which was outrageous and ended up calling these guys and glad I did! I was very pleased with everything. They came to me next day and called when on their way and they were friendly. Great company. Easy to work with. They make it convenient for the customer if you don’t want to go to the shop, they will come out to you to replace your windshield. They did a wonderful job on my windshield. The staff is friendly and professional. I always recommend to anyone in need of a new windshield or any other kind of glass needs because they do it all there!

Amazing service. They drive out to you, work with your schedule, and give honest and genuine information. Apparently my chip was fixed already (prior to buying the car) and he told me that he didn't need to repair it. My service ended up not costing anything because he was honest. Very much appreciated, would definitely return and recommend.

I am not local to where this business is. A huge chunk of ice flew off a truck & hit my windshield & broke it while we were driving into Lee’s Summit. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to help me same day, but they were responsive & gave me helpful information. If I lived here I’d definitely be a loyal customer. Thanks for your help!

Will and Auto Glass Works is top notch.. My repair shop uses them and I would use no one else. Totally goes above and beyond to give quality work at a good price. Everyone in the business is there to install glass, but if it comes to quality and workmanship, the attention to detail doesn’t get better. I highly recommend this place.
