Hey Paul I wonder if you remember me or not, but you fixed 2013 Honda Accord rear windshield. Out of 10000 services, I probably would leave 1 review or less. I had to leave a review for this case, so that people would enjoy your service. My windshield was damaged, but, within a day, Paul was able to get the windshield and fix it in less than an hour. I was extremely impressed. He also fixed the extra part without any charge, so I didn't have to get a new part. The insurance process was smooth too. All I had to do was sign the form, and I was able to leave in one hour. With this excellent service, and great speed with a touch of brilliance, I would recommend Paul's auto glass. I decided to go with Paul's Mobile Auto Glass for a windshield replacement, after seeing excellent reviews (and wanting to support a local business). Service was fantastic, the work was done well and quickly. However, I was not satisfied with the glass that had been installed. one phone call, and the staff really went out of their way to make sure I was happy in the end, coming back and replacing the glass again and not charging me additional labor or for the defective parts. They were wonderful to deal with and clearly care about customer service. What a nice find! I needed the windshield replaced on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JL, and after reviewing the ratings of many auto glass companies, Paul’s Mobile Auto Glass stood out as having, by far, the highest ratings and customer satisfaction. I can now see why; Paul is personable, highly competent and super meticulous!!! My vehicle was spotless when he was done, and no leaks. Colleen runs the office, and she too couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. Paul’s offers mobile service, but I scheduled the replacement at their facility due to weather conditions. I corresponded with Paul over a few days time to try and get my boyfriend's windshield fixed in a timely manner. We tried also going through a bigger company who canceled on us last minute and then tried to reschedule for a week from the original appointment. Paul kept to his original appointment and was always responsive, super helpful, and on top of this process. Genuinely outstanding service from Paul and Cassie -- Cassie provided door to door service; she picked up my car and dropped it off and I didn't have to do a thing. Started using Paul a few months ago. Was sick of getting screwed over by the lack of experience within the techs' safelite hires. I was referred to him by one of my customers, and i'm glad they did. He has worked on most of my fleet vehicles along with my front-line units doing glass work/windshields. He always goes the extra mile for his customers. I had a fantastic experience with Paul's Auto Glass. I submitted the online form to get my car's window replaced on a Tuesday morning, heard back on the phone an hour or so later, and had my appointment for the next morning when Paul himself came out to replace my window. The price was extremely reasonable, and Paul did a great job fixing it and even helped get some of the glass out of the lift gate on the back of my wagon that was keeping the door from locking shut at no extra charge. I highly recommend using this service!

Paul is the man! Very honest person who made a heck of a first impression. Windshield service only took about an hour or so and he even helped to fix something a previous worker goofed up on (no extra charge). We were short 10 dollars and he let us go. This might seem like a small gesture but in today’s world it’s liberating to meet a character who cares more about the individual than making a quick buck. Much appreciated. I just had my wife’s windshield replaced by Paul’s Auto Glass of Worcester right in my driveway and I don’t even live in Worcester! So convenient! Very satisfied indeed!
