Auto Glass Now

I'm writing this review to highlight both the significant problems with Autoglass Now's service coordination and the exceptional work of one technician who ultimately saved my experience. The Problems: Poor Communication: While Autoglass Now did confirm the scheduling, the first technician showed up without giving any advance notice on the day of service. There was no call or text to let me know he was on his way or when to expect him. Botched Initial Installation: The first windshield was installed but couldn't be calibrated properly, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. When I contacted Autoglass Now about this critical safety issue, they made absolutely no effort to acknowledge the problem or offer immediate solutions to rectify their mistake. Multiple No-Shows: After the failed first attempt, I had to deal with TWO separate scheduled appointments where technicians simply didn't show up. No phone calls, no explanations, no communication whatsoever. This left me waiting around and having to rearrange my schedule multiple times. Customer Service Nightmare: I was forced to call both my insurance company and Autoglass Now's customer service repeatedly just to get basic issues resolved. The lack of internal communication and follow-through was incredibly frustrating. The Redemption: After all these failures, Dominic Young was finally assigned to handle my windshield replacement. What a difference! Dominic was: - Professional and communicative - He contacted me in advance, confirmed timing, and kept me informed throughout the process - Skilled and thorough- The installation was flawless and the calibration was completed successfully on the first attempt - Courteous and understanding - He acknowledged the previous issues and made sure everything was handled correctly Dominic's work was absolutely incredible and demonstrated what Autoglass Now's service should be like across the board. Bottom Line: While Dominic Young provided outstanding service that exceeded expectations, the overall experience with Autoglass Now was poor due to systemic issues with scheduling, communication, and quality control. If you do use this company, specifically request Dominic Young if possible - he's clearly operating at a much higher standard than their typical service level. Would I use Autoglass Now again? Only if I could guarantee getting Dominic Young as my technician.

I had the worse service in replacing my window on my driver door. I called Arbella to put in a claim for my window and they gave me the number to Auto Glass Now in North Andover. I called them on Wednesday 4/23 they gave me an appointment for Thursday between 8am and 5pm. I called them a few times to make sure they were coming and was told they would be there. They never showed and never called. Frustrated I called them first thing Friday morning and asked why they didn't show or call no one could give me an answer. They finally showed up at 4pm on Friday. The technician took off the inside of the drivers door and took out the glass only to realize he had the wrong glass. He had a glass for the passenger door not the drivers door. He said he would be back on Saturday. The inside of the door was in my back seat and my window was sealed with plastic. Saturday was rainy and windy. I called first thing in the morning to make sure they were coming. The girl on the phone said he was picking up the part and would be there. 20 minutes later she called me back and said the parts department was closed. I said Shouldn't you have known that. They wouldn't be there until Monday. I had to go all weekend without a car. The window finally got fixed Monday. Four days several phone calls and unsatisfactory service. Would not recommend!

Two things that stuck out to me when dealing with Auto Glass Now was their affordable pricing and their promptness. After calling around and having to leave messages with other companies, I definitely appreciated being able to talk to someone and get a quote right away. Sophia was very helpful and more importantly, very kind. The mobile service was great too. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the technician but he was very efficient and had a great attitude. The only “negative” experience I had was the call center. I spoke to a total of three people and well… not everyone was pleasant. But! They still provide me with the information and the help I needed. All in all, I would still recommend Auto Glass Now.

Auto Glass Now has the absolute best customer service and installation experts I have ever dealt with! After a long , stressful search for a rear window for a 2011 vehicle, they finally found a brand new window! Not even the dealer could find it! And throughout this search, Kim from Auto Glass kept me posted about her search every single day! She dealt with my insurance company and was as excited as I was when she finally found the part! All I had to do was wait for Jeremy from Auto Glass to install it the day after it was located! He did so to perfection! I enthusiastically recommend Auto Glass Now for all your car service needs. Auto glass now was forced to put very costly OEM Honda glass on my Ridgeline, because the windshields offered by other vendors did not work in the sense that the cameras behind the windshield were unable to recalibrate. But they kept coming back until they had it right, even though they must have taken a big loss on the job. They were working in my driveway, so I was not inconvenienced. I chose this company over Safe light and they sent a technician Dominic out to fix my window. He was very professional and one of the best glass technicians I have dealt with in my life very professional guy very hard worker went above and beyond expectation. I recommend this glass company to anyone out there who needs glass repair. I highly recommend this company over Safelite any day when you call the company ask for Dominic as your technician and you won't be disappointed. Can't beat the competitive pricing . What's worse than having a cracked windshield? Well a lot of things, but luckily I called this company. They dispatched a couple of guys to come replace my windshield on my 07 Taco. A true gentleman by the name of Mark was already working on my truck when I went outside. These guys don't have no quit. Fast, reliable, and beautiful work. I definitely won't hesitate to call again if I need a new windshield. Mark and his partner are a great team. I can actually see at night now! Jill was amazingly helpful setting up my appointment as well as working with my insurance to get everything all set. Mike was the tech that worked on my Jeep. It looks amazing and very well done. He also vacuumed out my car and made it smell so good. The customer service and respect I received from this business was beyond great and very appreciated. They contacted me to schedule within 24 hours of me submitting my claim through my insurance. The tech came right to my house. He called when he was on his way which was very much appreciated. Mark was wicked nice and professional. He went above and beyond and even added some molding to the top of my windshield so you couldn’t notice the paint chipping. Steve was absolutely amazing!! He quickly located a replacement sunroof where there were only 4 in the country! When it came in, he notified us right away. I dropped the car off on a Thursday afternoon for a Friday appointment, and he notified us that he was able to fix it before he went home on Thursday!! So nice and polite - I would go here again in a heartbeat!!!
