I recently had an excellent experience with Affordable Auto Glass & Repair. After calling late on a Saturday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a fair price quote right then and there on the phone. The following day, I received a call back to confirm our appointment for Monday morning. The communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. I was kept informed about the arrival time. When the techs arrived, they were incredibly patient and professional. I had misplaced the key to my vehicle, but despite my own anxiety over the situation, the technicians remained calm and reassured me that it wasn't an issue. (I found the key!) The repair itself was completed in about half an hour, showcasing their efficiency and expertise. They also went above and beyond in terms of cleanliness, ensuring that everything was left immaculate after they finished. This is my sons truck with lots of things broken on it and they even smiled through that! Overall, I am extremely happy with the service. They were professional, reasonably priced, and maintained excellent communication. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass repair!

Two things that stuck out to me when dealing with Auto Glass Now was their affordable pricing and their promptness. After calling around and having to leave messages with other companies, I definitely appreciated being able to talk to someone and get a quote right away. Sophia was very helpful and more importantly, very kind. The mobile service was great too. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the technician but he was very efficient and had a great attitude. The only “negative” experience I had was the call center. I spoke to a total of three people and well… not everyone was pleasant. But! They still provide me with the information and the help I needed. All in all, I would still recommend Auto Glass Now.

Hey Paul I wonder if you remember me or not, but you fixed 2013 Honda Accord rear windshield. Out of 10000 services, I probably would leave 1 review or less. I had to leave a review for this case, so that people would enjoy your service. My windshield was damaged, but, within a day, Paul was able to get the windshield and fix it in less than an hour. I was extremely impressed. He also fixed the extra part without any charge, so I didn't have to get a new part. The insurance process was smooth too. All I had to do was sign the form, and I was able to leave in one hour. With this excellent service, and great speed with a touch of brilliance, I would recommend Paul's auto glass. P.S I highly recommended your shop to my friends in WPI. Best wishes!

Well, when I first walked into the shop, I was greeted by a very friendly guy, and he let me know that everything will be done in a timely fashion, and then I was gonna be well taken care of while I was there and while I was there waiting. I was able to watch TV or drink, coffee, and People are really friendly when the mechanic came out these guys did a great job. He was also friendly. He called me when it was ready even though I was out front, but they did call me when it was ready and greeted me with a smile and handshake and sent me on my way, I’ll recommend anybody go there .

First technician Kyle was nice, but apparently didn't communicate with the company about giving us a complimentary rain treatment for my sister's windshield. He could not replace the windshield for her scheduled appointment, as he didn't have the proper moulding for her windshield. So my sister ended up taking the day off for nothing. So ge offered her a complimentary rain treatment for her windshield, for the "inconvenience." However, he must have failed to communicate that to the home office, because when the second technician David came the next day, he knew nothing about the complimentary rain treatment, nor did he have the treatment in his van to give us. So we were inconvenienced not once, but twice. The first day when my sister had to take a day off from work, only to be told by the technician Kyle, that the windshield could not be replaced, because he was ill equipt by not having the proper moulding, and second, by me having to take an unexpected sick day, to drive my sister to work, keep her car, so the technician could come back with the correct moulding, and do the work. Only to be told that he knew nothing about the complimentary rain treatment, and didn't have any of the treatment in his van for the procedure. Your technicians need to communicate with your higher-ups better, and also ensure that your technicians are fully prepared with ALL of the correct equipment in your vans. That way, they won't have to inconvenience people further, by having to reschedule appointments. Also, before you respond with this Safelite, my sister making an appointment to her place of employment was not a possibility. First, because she would not be allowed to leave her desk to hand off keys to the technician, and second, because the college parking lot is far too crowded for the technician to have enough space to replace the windshield. She would most likely have many cars parked beside her on both sides. David was apologetic and professional, and he did a great job with replacing the windshield, but you need to do better with communication skills, and also ensuring you have ALL proper equipment in your van. You want an auto glass service to get it right on the first whack. The Glassman does just that. The windshield on my weathered old Accord had a top-to-bottom crack (I think from the weather), so I needed the whole thing replaced. Achin's Garage in North Attleboro gave me Corey's info, so I called him. He picked up, I told him what I needed, and he pencilled me in for a few days later. Though I mentioned I'd be paying out of pocket, he told me a dedicated number I could call at my insurance carrier to get a claim processed and his work covered if I chose to go the claim route. I appreciated that. He's a friendly and thoughtful guy. We planned the windshield replacement for a Tuesday, but had to push it to the following day, for a very good reason: it was snowing. It's a mobile service, I park my car outside, and the moisture would have ruined the adhesion. I'd rather wait a day than drive around with a windshield that isn't 100% sealed. Corey let me know morning-of, as early as it was clear what the weather was like. Another good call. Anyway, Corey and his wingman showed up on-time the following day. They got right into it within about 2 minutes. The ETA was about 45 minutes, and the whole thing took 45 minutes or maybe a little less. There were no plot twists of any kind, and didn't need to come back out until the new windshield was in. The whole thing cost $253, parts & labor (again, I decided to pay out-of-pocket). That was at the low end of Corey's estimate over the phone, that's for a mobile windshield replacement, where they come to you. I expected to pay more, and I'd have paid more without grumbling. Corey & associate just did an excellent job, with old-school professionalism and zero hassle. I'd definitely hire The Glassman again.
