They came out and replaced my windshield in my Jeep. It rained that night and it was pouring inside my Jeep. When I called to have them fix it they gave me a hard time on scheduling and expected me to change my schedule to accommodate them. I’m not the one that didn’t do it right the first time. I called them to replace a windshield on my jeep. They came out and replace it. The next day there was a creak in the new windshield! They said it was a stress creak and they would come out and replace it. That was 3 weeks ago! Awful customer service. Spent days on the phone. They replaced my windshield, didn’t drive it at all and woke up to it cracked the next morning. Almost on week 2 of waiting on them to come replace the windshield they cracked. No one picks up phones. Get hung up on about 5 times this morning. Taken 3 days off of work. Pay more for a better company!!!!

John was friendly, professional, and on time. The windshield looks great. And he even lubricated my secondary hood latch, which was a plus.
