Fred has my enthusiastic recommendation following a windshield replacement two weeks ago. From the first call to the follow-up, he has been professional, courteous, kind, efficient and competent. We initially spoke by phone then exchanged texts to confirm everything. His quote was competitive and the work comes with a lifetime leak warranty. He and an assistant arrived on time, finished within an hour then left after giving clear instructions and explaining why they were important. It rained about a week later and the rain sensor wasn’t working. I texted him and called the next day. It turns out he had texted back immediately (which oddly showed up days later with a time stamp indicating it had been delivered two minutes after mine) and offered to come the next day to check. He arrived as promised, reattached the rain sensor, showed me what had happened and had me watch while he tested it. All done in 15 minutes, and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. It is nice to find businesses who work with integrity and value relationships, even more transactional ones like this. Unfortunately we returned from a weekend trip to a large tree branch down on my car. We got home late close to 10 PM I started shopping for quotes online so I could get it taken care of immediately because I don’t live in the area and have to drive 2 hours away. Fred answered the quote that night 5 mins after inquiry (great price too, btw). Got me in the next day. His communication to his customers is AMAZING! Gave me a window of time and even text 20 mins before arrival. Replacement of the windshield took maybe 20-30 minutes most of his time went into ensuring the glass was cleaned up inside and around my car. Even when he finished he triple checked and told me be mindful it could be some small pieces left because of how it shattered. He was very clear on instructions post replacement. My husband and I sparked up conversation with him to let him know we were moving to the area. He instantly gave some advice on places to move. Fred is an all around great guy! I called on a Wednesday afternoon to inquire about a quote for a windshield replacement and Fred quickly picked up my call. He didn't pressure me into scheduling a service when giving me my quote, which was appreciated! He was able to schedule me in for the next day (other places had at least a four day wait, and the crack in my windshield was spreading due to the weather). Fred gave me a quote over the phone that was comparable to other places I reached out to and a time window of 12 to 2. He arrived during the window and before arriving, he sent me a text that he was 20 minutes away, which was greatly appreciated. Once he arrived, he replaced my windshield in just 30 minutes. He gave me instructions on how to care for my new glass and gave me multiple payment options. I appreciate that he was able to meet me where I was and how quickly he replaced my windshield. My windshield cracked and had to be replaced. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy and I was able to get my windshield replaced within a very short amount of time. They offer mobile service - which makes everything so convenient for me as I work from home and still was able to get the repair done on a workday. The windshield got replaced at my home on the driveway. This was my first time getting the windshield replaced and so I had a lot of questions and concerns both before and during the replacement. Fred (who replaced my windshield) was patient and answered all my questions. He’s very knowledgeable, very experienced, and the finished work is great. The cover to my car’s rear view mirror was hard to put back, and Fred really took the time to make sure that everything clicked into place. Overall it’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend their service!

I am sharing this review about Fred's positive attitude. We have recently bought a car from a dealer, found a small crack in the windshield. The dealership refused to take care of it or discuss the issue, so I posted a negative review. A few days later, the dealership got back to me in response to the review, and said they scheduled an appointment for Rockville Auto Glass Replacement to install a new windshield. However, they refused to pay for it after booking the appointment. During this whole process, Fred has been responsive and helpful in his communication with me. My insurance initially offered me another glass company they sponsored but they wouldn’t be available until Saturday. 2 days waiting with my window busted after being vandalized didn’t work for me so after doing my research and seeing the amazing ratings I called ‘ auto glass innovators ‘ ;Not only was the process to switch business orders and request was easy but most importantly they saw me that morning and Fred was at my door at 11am, he came to my home!!! He is friendly and approachable and answered all my questions, and fixed my glass in 45 minutes he even vacuumed the glass in my vehicle. Mr. Fred provided an excellent service from beginning to completion! He was easily reached by phone, provided an accurate and very reasonable quote, and was able to come out to our location, working with our schedule, and completed the removable of our cracked windshield and replaced with a new windshield. I held off on making this review to judge the true quality of Fred's windshield replacement. It's been about four weeks since my windshield replacement, and I can honestly recommend Fred on a number of factors, including a very competitive price, responsiveness, transparency, and quality. Fred was extremely accommodating on a rainy day, and worked with my schedule to replace my windshield. He invited me to watch him work, and was very transparent and professional throughout the whole process. I would use his services again in a heartbeat; there's a reason for his high reviews!

Amazing service! Fred at Rockville Auto Glass Replacement is a treasure for us. He’s very polite, reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable with us and our needs. He’s fixed our Pathfinder that had a broken passenger side window with ease and today he came and fixed a crack/ding on our front windshield. That saved us money instead of replacing the whole front windshield. Fred comes to our house conveniently and is very easy to work with. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service like his and highly recommend him for any of your glass repair needs.

I contacted Fred from Rockville Auto Glass late evening yesterday because I needed my car window glass replaced as soon as possible and I rely on my car for everyrhing I do. Unlike the precious businesses that I spoke to, Fred told me that he could order my window glass the same night and replace it the next day in the morning.
