These guys were great! The seal on the edge of my windshield had come off and i was stressing about water leakage from rain. Every major window repair, auto shop and car dealership within the area were either too busy, didn’t want to even try and fix it or even take a look at it because they were afraid of breaking it or too scared of being liable. The ones that did look at it wanted to charge us unrealistic crazy amounts of money. I found this little shop and called them. The gentleman on the phone told us we can come in the next morning and they’ll take a look at it just to see. They ended up fixing it with ease that only took no more then 30 to 40 minutes. The people here were nice and polite and super understanding. They were even funny at times. I would highly recommend there services even for the smallest conveniences with your car. It may look a little bit sketchy when you arrive but they are super trustworthy and reliable. 5/5 stars will 100% recommend to everyone!

Windshield replacement experience. We called to schedule, Armon bullied into scheduling on a morning which we had to leave for work at 12. Was told we would be the first one in the 9 to 12 block. He calls with an 1130 arrival time. Aggressively rescheduled to do it while my wife was at work. Showed up, tried to move the car to another lot without saying anything to my wife. She happened to come outside for a break to stop this. Replaced windshield, left 2 dents and a scratch on our hood. When we contacted them about it Armon lost his mind over the phone. Claimed that they have before pictures, I asked for them. 3 days later, we received a very hard to understand text that the gist was "I talked to my tech, we're right. We have pictures and sent them to the insurance" I reached back out to the insurance, they don't know what he's talking about.

I can't say enough about this company from my first experience. First, they responded to my online inquiry for a quote within 15 minutes. The quote was exactly what it ended up being (apart from sales tax, of course). They were also nice enough to let me use a coupon I found on their website, even though the work would be done remotely. The contact person I had, Armin, was very responsive by email. He set up the appointment two days later and ordered the glass same day. The installer, Sandro, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He arrived earlier than expected, and had to come back and did so without any complaint. He was done in 20 minutes. The price was $200 less than the quote I got from two other major glass repair companies, and even if it was half that I'd still recommend them. Great company.

Zips replaced a broken windshield on my recent model Hyundai. Communications was good and we were fortunate to get service within a day or two after calling. They charged much less than the quote I got through my insurance company that has a financial relationship with the big glass replacement company in our area. The work was done quickly and so far, no problems with the new windshield. The calibration seems to be correct because the driving safety features appear to work properly. (Of course, I have no technical way to know if the calibration was to spec.) Note, they used a windshield from an after market source that claims to provide glass to the sames standards as Hyundai. This place is great. I went online for online to their website for a quote to replace a windshield. They were very quick in getting back to me. I initially arranged to have my windshield replaced at my work but I was told that the windshield they had for me had a small crack, so they asked if they could come to my home the next day (it was a weekend). The technician came on time to my home, but then realized that my windshield has a rain sensor (which I didn't realize). So, I ended up just bringing the car into their shop the following Monday. They told me it would take a little over an hour, so I waited. However, just 45 minutes later, they handed me the key to the car because it was done. And so far, the windshield has been looking and working great!

Mannn! Armon is amazing. I was really skeptical about this place. I looked the reviews and it was good to be tru, for it to have that many good reviews. I called and he quoted me almost half of what the other shops offered me including Safelite. I would recommend to anyone that wants quality and good price windows for your vehicles. One more thing I know a lot of people don’t know but I have sensor windshield and it cost more because they have to calibrate the system once the windshield is repaired but here Armon gotch you. He won’t charge you for the calibration he’ll tell you the secret and I want him to tell y’all because other shops are making extra $300-$500 just in calibrating windshield sensors. I’m telling y’all this is the guy to go to.

Came in for a driver side, passenger door window replacement due to a break in. Armin answered my call and asked for my cars info then instantly asks for my availability he said be there at 1230-1245. I came in the shop 30 minutes early and was welcomed by everyone in the shop. In less than an hour from my appointment i am already home. I was really impressed by their service because when i got home i was mentally preparing to clean all the glass that was pushed into back row and the infant seat and IT WAS CLEAN!!!! like i just went through the car wash. Had my Audi Q5 passenger window broken into. Zips did top quality work replacing the window and finished the job in about 30 minutes. Did an awesome job cleaning out all the broken glass well. Armin (owner) provided great service and a reasonable price. This is the 4th time I've had to replace my window and other companies I used didn't do a good job removing the broken glass that fell inside the door panel - I could hear broken glass every time I close the door. But Zips took their time and completely cleaned out all the glass. I hope I don't have to use Zips again, but it's good to have a reliable and professional company handy.

I have had windshields replaced in the past throughout my life, but never to this quality. Previously, whenever I would get a windshield replaced, it would never be the same. Things like minor imperfections, scratched dashboards, excess glue seeping off the sides internally, and lack of care. However, this company is the real deal with expert attention to detail. You would never be able to tell that your windshield was manually replaced by hand. It’s like it was when it first came off the lot from the dealership. Five star job. Now I know who my go to is for windshield replacement. Thank you for an outstanding job.
