What a great company. I sure wish I'd gotten the name of the Tech from Rockville that came and replaced my pickup truck's windshield a couple of days ago so I could personally commend him. He is fantastic. He was 10 minutes early and was done in no time at all. He is very polite, knowledgeable and professional and he even pointed out a few existing factory flaws in my truck's windshield holder setup (I had noticed some strange squeaking sounds in high wind when on the interstate) and did the best he could to remedy them. He even reinstalled the mirror that I'd removed and reinstalled the EZ Pass device. A real pro glass man and a gem of a guy. 5 stars is not enough. THANK YOU, Auto Glass Now! And thank you, tech from Rockville!! Well done! AAA+++!!!

The BEST auto glass company in DMV area period. I was going to go by safelite auto glass since Geico automatically scheduled my appointment with them but after reading safelite reviews I did not want them to do the work my car anymore. I called my mechanic shop and they referred me to Mega since they work them. Mike told me that I could choose my prefer shop and he called Geico on a conference call and transferred the work over to his shop. The technician arrived at my home and did a great job. Mike called me again the day after the installation to follow up which was nice of them. They also gave me $100.00 off on my deductible which was awesome. I would definitely go back to them if their service is needed again.

Fred has my enthusiastic recommendation following a windshield replacement two weeks ago. From the first call to the follow-up, he has been professional, courteous, kind, efficient and competent. We initially spoke by phone then exchanged texts to confirm everything. His quote was competitive and the work comes with a lifetime leak warranty. He and an assistant arrived on time, finished within an hour then left after giving clear instructions and explaining why they were important. It rained about a week later and the rain sensor wasn’t working. I texted him and called the next day. It turns out he had texted back immediately (which oddly showed up days later with a time stamp indicating it had been delivered two minutes after mine) and offered to come the next day to check. He arrived as promised, reattached the rain sensor, showed me what had happened and had me watch while he tested it. All done in 15 minutes, and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. It is nice to find businesses who work with integrity and value relationships, even more transactional ones like this. It’s easy to be critical about dealing with a windshield replacement through insurance. It’s even easier to be critical when user forums are vocal about 1-star treatment. Let me completely dispel that notion with the service, attention-to-detail, commitment to excellence, communication, and customer care from Nelson, the shop manager, and Sean, the ace Tesla specialist at Safelite in Rockville. My Tesla Model X required a new windshield. Going through Tesla required a 6-week wait. Safelite required about three weeks. After finally getting to the right Safelite shop and showing up — going through the Safelite app was easy, but not accurate, since the shop I originally selected didn’t have the personnel to change the windshield…and talking with a live person is infuriatingly long. Use the chat function seems to be the best option — I experienced nothing but fantastic service. Tesla owners, you can be confident. Yes, they replace hard-to-install windshields. Yes, they calibrate (FSD works with no problem). Yes, they guarantee their work. Yes, they handled all insurance. Yes, they used a spec-built non-OEM windshield (after research and user forum consultation, I was OK with this). And, yes, I would use them again. Thanks again to Nelson and Sean for a job well done.

These guys were great! The seal on the edge of my windshield had come off and i was stressing about water leakage from rain. Every major window repair, auto shop and car dealership within the area were either too busy, didn’t want to even try and fix it or even take a look at it because they were afraid of breaking it or too scared of being liable. The ones that did look at it wanted to charge us unrealistic crazy amounts of money. I found this little shop and called them. The gentleman on the phone told us we can come in the next morning and they’ll take a look at it just to see. They ended up fixing it with ease that only took no more then 30 to 40 minutes. The people here were nice and polite and super understanding. They were even funny at times. I would highly recommend there services even for the smallest conveniences with your car. It may look a little bit sketchy when you arrive but they are super trustworthy and reliable. 5/5 stars will 100% recommend to everyone!
