What a great company. I sure wish I'd gotten the name of the Tech from Rockville that came and replaced my pickup truck's windshield a couple of days ago so I could personally commend him. He is fantastic. He was 10 minutes early and was done in no time at all. He is very polite, knowledgeable and professional and he even pointed out a few existing factory flaws in my truck's windshield holder setup (I had noticed some strange squeaking sounds in high wind when on the interstate) and did the best he could to remedy them. He even reinstalled the mirror that I'd removed and reinstalled the EZ Pass device. A real pro glass man and a gem of a guy. 5 stars is not enough. THANK YOU, Auto Glass Now! Great pricing - the lowest quote I received in the Rockville area. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day I asked for a quote online, received a call the same day to help me book. I was told 8-5pm service window and that the tech would call to give me a better estimate of when he would arrive. I received two calls, one to give me a shorter (9:30-11) window of arrival & a second with a. 30-min window of arrival. Shane was great, friendly, knowledgeable and super quick with the install. He finished his work within 30 minutes and walked me through post care for the windshield replacement. Would definitely recommend this company.

Unbelievable. I talked to the office and they set me up with one of their employees to install a windshield on my ‘16 Camaro, so I took the old beater truck to work Monday. Got a flat on the way home on Tuesday because he didn’t get it don’t on Monday. Wednesday I come home and the car is not done again. I call and she says “it says it was done yesterday”. I said “I know”. She says she will call and find out what’s going on. I call my insurance company and request a new company. The windshield is backordered. That’s ok, I’ll wait however long it takes. Zero stars was my intended feedback, but it won’t let me

Makes me wait a entire weekend just to tell me they brought the wrong glass it will cost me more even tho i got quoted for the right window. And then tell me they can't get a glass like mines i have a better chance going to the junkyard and looking for my glass? Really i don't drive a Lamborghini if you can't find my standard pickup window out of all the glass manufacturers there are then obviously this is not a legitimate glass company more like a cheap robbery window contractor. After going through the wait on the line and the quoting process, I was given a quote that I was satisfied with. At the end of setting up of the appointment, I wanted to double confirm the price, and then the lady on the line added that there is an additional $50 mobile fee. I was very glad I had asked, or I would've been surprised by this. She did tell me that the location closest to me only had mobile service, but I would've been even more upset had I found out about the extra surcharge after they had shown up for the appointment.

The Auto Glass Now technician showed up at my house around 8:30 am. There was a steady rain coming down so I considered postponing the auto glass install for another day. The tech said he could work in the rain. The AGN tech had the new Hyundai Elantra passenger-side window installed within minutes. I was impressed with the tech's skill and efficiency. The whole process didn't take more than 20 minutes to complete. I will keep Auto Glass Now in mind for any future auto glass repairs I may need.

The appointment process was completed wrong and frustrating. The appointment makers gave wrong information twice and I was told I could leave my vehicle there. When I arrived I was told I had to wait because there was nowhere to leave a key since the tech. had to be out for the rest of the day. TWICE I was told wrong information on different days. I had a great experience with Auto Glass Now! They originally gave me an 8-hour service window, but the technician put me first on the list and arrived right at 8:00 AM. In less than an hour, my front windshield was completely replaced on my Toyota Tundra. Fast, professional, and efficient service—definitely appreciated the promptness and quality of work!
