On Friday, September 27, 2024, I faced a challenging situation when my daughter's rear passenger side window was broken. After reaching out to Oliver, I provided my VIN number per his request for an accurate fit, and to my surprise, they were able to schedule us for a same-day repair. The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They completed the service in just under an hour, making a potentially stressful day so much easier. I highly recommend this company I recently had my windshield replaced by Oliver, and Fernando at Genesis auto glass and I was very impressed with the service. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and to a high standard very professional. I highly recommended the professionalism of these hard working men. I had called about 3-4 other auto glass companies and asked for an emergency same day passenger side glass replacement and they all gave me the run around. Appointments were only available for 2-3 days later. On top of the 2-3 day wait I had to take my vehicle to their shop which made it an inconvenience . The guys at Genesis auto glass had same day repair, affordable prices AND they came to my job to repair my auto glass! They also have a shop located in Laurel.

Fernando and Erbin came to the rescue! They came to my home to replace my wife’s windshield but when they showed up the took the time show me several areas that needed to be addressed a previous install. Within an hour they had installed my new windshield and addressed the areas where the previous install was done wrong!! Fernando even took the time to send me links to replace a piece of molding that needed to be replaced from the previous install. Excellent customer service!! I’d 100% recommend Genesis Auto Glass!!

They install the windows well but they don't have the equipment for newer cars. I recently went to have the windshield glass installed on a 2022 Honda Odyssey and after they delivered it, they had several lights on on the dashboard and they didn't take responsibility. Very bad on their part. I went to another place and paid $200+ for the calibration so that everything would be fine.

Hands down awesome company! Talked me through everything saved me some money on ways to pay, was able to get me in the same day at very decent time! Perfect communication between the manager and the driver doing installation. Only took about a hour and half to get the job done perfectly! Many thanks to you and your crew!
