I typically refrain from leaving reviews (good or bad), but felt compelled to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Genesis Mobile Auto Glass. After a challenging trip to visit my father in the intensive care unit (out of town), we returned to our vehicle late at night to find that the rear windshield had been broken/shattered. We were beyond frustrated, particularly with the prospect of dealing with the necessary repairs and repair companies that would follow. Genesis Mobile Auto Glass made that process remarkably seamless, from the initial phone call, to the completion of the job. They provided us with a super competitive quote, dispatched 2 technicians to my location (30 miles away) and completed the work efficiently…all within a few hours! They called when they were 5 minutes away to inform me of their arrival and to confirm where I’d like for them to meet me. When the job was completed, they explained what they had done and provided guidance on the expected timeline for the new windshield to settle and cure; what I should and shouldn’t do for the next few days, etc. They even ensured that the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. It was an absolute A1 experience with Genesis Mobile Auto Glass!! Their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail were truly commendable and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and skilled auto glass repair. Yo.....no joke...Oliver from Genesis is THE MAN. I unfortunately got my car broken into last night by some innis who had the misfortune of breaking into a car that only had a Costco size bag of granola inside...WHICH THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAKE!! the nerve..... I contacted Genesis this morning on my way to work with snow blowing into my window at 45 mph. I wasn't in the best mood.... Oliver got back to me within 5 min and quoted me a price that would make my teacher salary size wallet sing to the gods. We were in constant contact through text of when he would arrive. Also, I should mention, it is SNOWING like no other right now, and he came 45 minutes from Laurel MD to Bethesda MD to do this. If this were a romantic movie, he would be getting ALLLLL the love right now. Anyways, do yourselves a favor. If your car gets broken into, and you find you are alone and cold in this world...hit up my man Oliver. Not to keep you warm....you weirdo's...just to replace your broken window in a timely manner. Originally I called about getting a broken window replaced. Initially told me they could do it but had arrived with wrong size. Few days later, they say they have the window but after installment I realized that the window was wrong. I addressed the issue and was told they would order correct and fix it. After looking further I noticed that the panel they took out, buttons had got jammed. The car is brand new. The buttons worked fine prior. They already told me they don’t want to take responsibility and accountability which is something I expect from this type of business. Be wary and always check everything before dealing with these people.

Highly disappointed. My windshield was fixed on Tuesday 19th October and suddenly l noticed on Thursday 21st October as l wanted to drive my car, my passenger side windshield moulding was missing. Bare in mind l had not left my residence since Tuesday 19th October when the windshield was fixed. When l called the owner he didn’t even wait to listen he didn’t even know who he was talking to and went off saying l was robbed. He continued to say he would not replace the missing part. How convenient, why immediately after my windshield was changed? Robbed at my residence with a history of 21 years no robbery of any kind. Highly dissatisfied.

Highly disappointed I called this company to get my windshield replaced because they have 5star but I don't know why they do because they are liers I waited more than 3 weeks, they told me they had ordered the windshield and it will take up to 2 weeks for them to get it. Ok I waited never received no updates on the damn windshield I just wasted my time waiting for this company to do nothing. Even though they have 5star myself don't recommended if you are looking to get the service done quickly. They should have told me they couldn't do the replacement instead wasted my time. Plus they never answered the business phone.

DON'T CALL YOUR INSURANCE .. CALL THIS COMPANY! I googled "broken car glass Laurel, MD" and Genesis Auto Glass is the only one without a negative review .. all were 5 STARS. I read a few of the reviews, made my decision, gave them a call and I am a very pleased costumer right now. >>OLIVER<< took the call, gave me an estimate [YOU WILL BE PLEASED WITH THEIR PRICE], gave me a time and came through on time. It took him less than an hour, he had me try the window, and guaranteed their work that if the window slips off the track [which he doubts will happen, but if ..] they will fix it for free.

This company is a fabulous family owned business. From the first telephone conversation I experienced superb professionalism, knowledgeable and pleasant treatment. They arrived on time and answered every inquiry I had. The cost was very affordable and beat other company prices. I recommend anyone needing windshield replacement or repair to call them up! I highly recommend Genesis Auto Glass. 5 STARS all the way. Long story short- I got pulled over by a state trooper for talking on the phone while driving and he noticed my wind shield was cracked (after about 5 years of me driving it like that). He issues a repair order. So I happend to search Facebook for auto glass repair and saw the ad for Genesis. I called Monday evening and spoke to Oliver the owner- and my glasses was replaced the following day by noon. Excellent service all around. Don't hesitate to call Genesis for your auto glass needs. And watch out for those state troopers.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I had an appointment with Safelite on 7/12 and they cancelled last minute because they didn’t have my glass. I immediately called this place and they scheduled me for 7/13. They came on time for my appointment , and it couldn’t have been any more than 15 minutes before they were done. Even better , they took my insurance so I only had to pay my deductible. The people on the phone were very friendly too. I needed a whole windshield replacement… Fernando and his team came earlier than our scheduled time, which was perfect, they actually came to me (I work at a prestigious dental office .. so I was super busy with procedures) they worked around my schedule and the price was very reasonable.
