Worse glass repair shop. Very unprofessional, the glass tech’s this company are hiring know nothing about glass replacement. Scratched and dinged up the front side pillers, roof and hood due to no protection mats. Very very very!!!! dirty, sloppy work. Ripped the front end of the headliner which cost $300+ to replace. The tech and management denied everything and the owner is very unprofessional and I can tell she knows nothing about running a business. Had to detail clients car due to the tech making a huge mess and acting like nothing happened. I DO NOT! Absolutely DO NOT!!! Recommend this company!!!! This company has no respect and care for your car or your clients car. Maryland Auto Glass has a website up which tells you about there company. Everything on there website was copied and pasted from another window glass company. Everything on there website is NOT what they are about. I have CVT cameras inside and out of my shop....here is the tech damaging my customers truck 2003 Chevy Tahoe in mint condition! Truck is clean in and out! But that doesn’t matter to “Maryland Auto Glass” due to there lack of respect for customers cars.

After seeing the 4.0 rating and the great quote on the windshield replacement I received over the phone, I decided to give the business a chance. I was a little bit skeptical when I got to the place as it is a “hole in the wall” and the waiting room seems really run down. Some of the reviews are correct that the shop area is a little dirty, but if you want a quick service done well, go here! Keep in mind that it is a family owned and operated business. They don’t price gouge their customers, I paid $225 for a windshield replacement (+5 credit card fee), and the other more well-known companies quoted me $380-$600. They were fast (45 mins), and they also vacuumed my carpet, floor mats, and seats. Will definitely take it here again! :)

I scheduled a mobile appointment and the guy needed a plug to vacuum the glass... outside. Where the car is parked. No battery powered vacuum. Then they said I could come into the shop to get it done for $20 less. (I’m sure the travel charge is more than that) they also weren’t able to send someone out to me until 2 days later. I said okay thanks and I hung up the phone. Called back 5 minutes later to say I would come into the shop, and now they no longer are able to do it as he sent his guy elsewhere. The guy in the phone was very rude and unprofessional as well as the worker who came to do my window. How are you going to be a mobile auto glass repair but not have a battery powered vacuum to clean the glass?NegativeProfessionalism

Very unprofessional and dirty place. I believed the installer and just paid him right after he said he replaced completely and once he gone, I checked inside, all dusts just left not cleaned up, and also the BIG two scratches on the dashboard. Haha what a surprise. I will have to consult my lawyer about this. The lady in the office she said she doesn't care if I call lawyer or whatever so I will do what I can do here.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

I had to replace my damage front door glass and was searching for AutoGlass shop. After searching a week I suddenly found this shop. I just had only one call. They scheduled a mobile service for day after that. Their technicians came and fixed my car within hour and also cleaned my damage piece of glass from inside the car. The service was absolutely perfect with very cheap and affordable price. Everything was good. Thank you

The technician arrived promptly, worked efficiently and was done in 45 minutes. The technician cleaned the interior and the new windshield before they finished. The price was extremely reasonable, the new windshield looks better than the one that was replaced, better fit, better trimmed out. 5 stars! Maryland Auto Glass came to me yesterday at 9 AM and replaced my passenger side window after a car break-in. Mike was efficient, professional, and had everything done, including vacuuming all the glass and aligning the new window, within 45 minutes. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free the experience was. I’ll definitely be recommending them and keeping them in mind for the future!

Great and fast service! at first I was supposed to get my back window glass fixed but someone else but scheduling was an issue so I canceled that appointment and the same day I called Auto Glass and booked an appointment the same day, came in, came out within 45 minutes. Everything was quick and fast and what I paid for was fine!

days before a massive family road trip and the rails/tracks for the sunroof break with the sunroof in the open position... These people are Saints. They had a technician stay late to ensure that all the repairs were done in time. Great service, great work.. I never write reviews.. but these people are great.
