After checking several other auto glass businesses in town and finding that Midwest was the least expensive option of those that could work me in quickly, I scheduled a time with them to have my cracked windshield replaced. I dropped off my car at their shop before they opened and then, later in the day while at the office, I noticed that my calendar was showing that I had actually missed my appointment and had dropped my car off on the wrong day. I called Midwest to explain what had happened fully expecting that I would have to reschedule. To my complete amazement they said, "Not to worry! We kept your replacement glass on hand for awhile in case you came in later. We will get you worked in with today's jobs and get you taken care of before the end of the day". I had thought that service like that was dead and gone these days! These people are the best and are now my "go to" place for all things relating to auto glass! Thanks Midwest!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I will never conduct business with Midwest Auto Glass. When I entered in the door, the guy behind the counter looked as me as if I was getting ready to rob or attack him. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke with him the day before on the phone about getting my windshield replaced. When I arrived this morning, he behaved as if I never spoke to him and aggressively shuffled paper around basic implying that I was lying. He finally admitted to speaking to me; however, his attitude and rudeness did not stop. He advised that he could install a used window which I was fine with. He asked me if I wanted to quote a new one. I saw no and walked out the door. I was feeling extremely uncomfortable and I felt threatened.

I might be a bit biased as Alex is my husband and I let him know about Mr. Michael Turners bad review. We were unable to find a way to respond to him personally. There are always two sides to every story. Mr. Turner wanted a “used windshield that he brought in himself” installed in his vehicle. He was told due to liability reasons we do not install used windshields. He did not like that response. He was told we could price out a new windshield but he stormed out of the office. We strive to ensure the quality of our workmanship and to make our customers happy. Unfortunately you can’t make everyone happy but we try.

Midwest Auto Glass replaced the front windshield on my 2008 Honda Fit after falling debris cracked it across the middle. They were pleasant and easy to work with. I was able to call for a quote and set up an appointment with ease. Their quote/final cost was the same with no hidden charges. I was even 30 minutes late to my appointment and they were able to still complete the work. When I picked up my car, it looked great and they had even removed my sticker ktag and put it on my new windshield. It looks great and should I need this service again I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

This place is the best. Just recently got married and living without parents and due to both my husband and I working I feared I wouldn’t be able to get my windshield replaced quick enough and on the day we both didn’t work. This place got me in next day! I live an hour away so bit of a drive but they were so nice, got it done in 2 hours. They were quick, nice, fair pricing, and helpful for someone who has never had a windshield replaced. Thank you again!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I found Midwest Auto Glass after a really considerate person threw a brick in to my passenger side window. They got me in the next day, took less than 30 minutes for install, and were the best priced in Topeka. Alex was super easy to work with and I can't say enough good things about this business!! Before you call the one with all the commercials I would recommend shopping locally with Midwest Auto Glass for a better deal and a guaranteed job well done.

Midwest handled an insurance issue with leadership and integrity. The insurance company sent the work order as a non OEM part, Midwest installed it, but it interferred with auto lane systems on my vehicle. Midwest guided me to the right phone number to call insurance to get the OEM part to fix it properly. Midwest installed the 2nd windshield and it worked perfectly. I'd recommend Alex and his team to anyone wanting good quality glass work done. 5 stars!

Midwest Auto Glass is the best in the area, hands down! They do excellent work at a reasonable price. Add to this absolute integrity/honesty. I thought my windshield had multiple chips needing repair. They fixed one chip and explained the others were "pits" that would not benefit from repairs. Look no further. Trust your windshield to Midwest!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

They were the cheapest quote I received for a Honda windshield replacement. I gave them a shot and was not disappointed. Not only was it 1/4 the price of every other quote I received, their customer service was excellent, they were quick, and thorough. I felt very comfortable with my entire experience and will absolutely recommend and use them again when I need to!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

Had a tiny crack on my windshield. They checked it and determined that it was very small and was only on the surface coating of the windshield, the glass wasn’t damaged. So, he to,d me how to check if a crack penetrated the windshield itself and charged me nothing. This is an honest company. I highly recommend them.PositiveProfessionalismServicesService not listed
