Rock Star Auto Glass

They were AWESOME to work with!! My insurance was being a pain & trying 2 make me use their "glass program" -aka: safelite....BUT, did u know as a customer/consumer, you DONT HAVE to use them? Most smaller places can do the same services for equal/less money, PLUS, you are supporting local instead of a monopoly!! Safelite "owns" the glass program for ALL insurance companies except Shelter....You DO NOT have to go with them & let them threaten you into paying more! I learned A LOT talking to the KS insurance commissioner. If your insurance & Safelite are trying to bully, lie, give you discounts to come to them, DONT TAKE THE BAIT!!! You have the right to choose where you want to take your vehicle, especially if they are comparable & pay ONLY your deductible! In my case, Safelites quote (when I could finally get one) was WAY more expensive! AND, they were cheating the local place through insurance trying 2 say they would pay way less than half of what their cash value was. You have rights as a consumer!! We finally got things settled with Rick Star once I turned info into the KS Insurance Commissioners office, when they started looking into all the deceptions & discrepancies, it's amazing how fast insurance can make things happen! Rock Star was so helpful & patient working with me during this process & very accommodating, transparent & kept open communication!! When they say customer service matters to them, they mean it, the big companies don't! Worth a try!

We contracted with the owner to do several RV side glass panels. We were trying to get glass in the campers for folks living in their campers full-time. Our normal supplier would have taken months to get to these so we thought.....find a local business. I have had these guys do work on my windshield in the past and called the owner. He was very positive and said he would be happy to help! He asked us to get the frames out of these campers and bring them to him. I also said that I would be happy to send him all our glass work in the future (normally around 30 to 40 panels a year) He said he welcomed the partnership.....after more than a week of trying to get him to carve out 20 minutes to drive across Topeka to get these frames, I finally offered to deliver them. The phone call was dropped just as he was about to give my office manager the address and he didn't return any calls. They have consistently not returned calls when they said they would and are now ignoring us, WHILE OUR CUSTOMERS SIT IN THE COLD WITHOUT WINDOWS! Shameful and unacceptable. I just wish they would have said we cannot fulfill this order at this time so we would not have wasted weeks of our or our customers' time.

I needed the back window replaced on my Jeep, it was quick and easy to get a quote and schedule, Rock Star was one of the only places that actually answered the phone the first time I called. Amazing service from Brian! He was very personable and effiecient, got the window in quick and took the time to also give me a quote on the windshield. He matched the price of the only place in Topeka that was slightly lower. I've never left a review on Google before but am honestly impressed with and thankful for their service and friendliness and I will be recommending Rock Star Auto Glass to anyone I can.

Rock Star Auto Glass did a GREAT job!! After a baseball made it's way through our back window, they were able to meet me at my work and replace it!! We got several different quotes, and theirs was by far the most reasonable. It's been about a week since it was fixed, we've had rain, and it's gone through the car wash several times and no leaks!!! I would recommend them to anybody needing auto glass work!! Hopefully another baseball does not end up through my window, but if that happens again, I know who to call!!!!

The best customer service, pricing, and overall experience I've had in a long time! I shopped around and Rock Star pricing was less than half the cost of the 'big name' mobile repair service I've used previously. I will never again use anyone other than Rock Star Auto Glass. Brian came right to my place of work to fix my windshield, at a time of my choosing, that was convenient for me. He was helpful, courteous, professional and fast. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and result!

I own Cornerstone Auto glass in Conifer Colorado. I had some drag racing friends at Hartland Park Dragstrip. One of the racers hood flew up and broke her windshield. I called from Colorado and He said he would take care of her at the track. Rockstar auto glass drove to Kansas City to get the glass and went to the track and replaced the windshield on a Saturday. Great customer service and a great install on the glass at a reasonable price. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, YOU ROCK, no pun intended.

Rock Star Auto Glass is absolutely the best! Brian was such a pleasure to work with, and he provided the best service at the best price. The fact that he could come to my home and not only replace my windshield, but calibrate it as well, was simply icing on the cake! No wonder my car dealership said Rock Star is the only glass replacement service they use. We will never use another auto glass replacement company. I can not recommend Rock Star highly enough........

Amazing experience. Bryan was super friendly and professional. He let me watch as he worked on the windshield replacement - learning about cars and trade skills is mesmerizing to me. Very very personable, quick service, great attention to detail, and the quality of work is "right on!". Husband called and owner was very helpful on guiding him to buy part for replacement and save $$$. The day of the appointment there was an issue with a phone number mix up. Husband called and another appointment was made and completed with very high integrity. Highly recommend this company and will defintely be telling all of our friends and family! Rock Star is the real deal! Travis not only fixed my car windshield in under 45 minutes but also gave me some pointers as well as explained some of their process to me while we were chatting. This is a great group of guys! They're quick, professional and offer great prices! I had an awesome experience with this team and I highly recommend them!
