I had scheduled a mobile appointment with Topeka Auto Glass to have my windshield replaced for first thing in the morning. I was told the tech would call on their way. The morning of my appointment, there was no call and no one showed at the appointed time. As it was the first appointment of the day, I was surprised they were running late. I waited around for thirty minutes, but as there hadn't been a word from the place, I decided to call. I received an automated response asking to leave a message. I left a voicemail, stating that no one had called or showed, and that I wanted to go ahead and cancel my service for that morning. I was hopeful Topeka Auto Glass would respond with an explanation or an apology. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, knowing there are valid reasons why they might not have made the appointment and surely with this many positive reviews they're better at business. It's been ten days and I've heard nothing from them, so I'm moving on.

Customer service was exceptional!!! I will 100% referr others to go to topeka auto glass. They even were going to stay open late if I couldn't get there right after work( i dont get off till 4pm). Was told it would take an hour They got it done in 45 min. Very friendly and courteous. They quoted me 375 for a new windshield and safelite quoted me 600. Thank you Topeka Auto Glass will definitely be a return customer if I need a new windshield.

They were easy to work with and their price was reasonable! When we scheduled they said they’d get to us after 12 on the date we scheduled for and they ended up being early which was great. So they are punctual. On the phone and in person they were friend and respectful. They did a great job replacing my windshield and did it in a timely manner with no issues. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

I recently had my windshield replaced here. Great experience all around. I got 3 quotes….2 local shops and one chain. They had the best price and good reviews. After dropping it off they called and said they could do a simpler recalibration and lowered the price by $70. Could have charged me the quoted price and I would never have known. Their honesty was refreshing to say the least. I highly recommend!

Topeka auto glass got our 2012 Buick in on schedule, put in the glass got everything slicked up. They checked it to make sure everything worked, the electronics in the glass and they did it all in less than an hour. we enjoyed their lobby. Since I called and spoke to Susie it has been an enjoyable experience. Susie was cordial and provided me with the upmost helpful information on top of being kind. Exceptional service. Professional, caring, efficient. They took care of me and did a fantastic job taking care of my car needs. I have a problem with wind vibration on the molding of my windshield. These guys suggested applying adhesive to the molding at a very reasonable cost vs replacing the molding and windshield. If this works (and I think it will) it will save me the cost of replacing the windshield. Great bunch of people. How fair they are.

Appreciate the ease of the whole process from an estimate online, making an appointment, and the repair! Appreciate them coming to me to get the repair done.
