I needed a rock chip in my windshield repaired. After calling some other places that showed up first in my search that were either not accepting new appointments or closed, I found Rock Chip Windshield Repair and called. Everett responded right away and was willing to make it out to my home by end of the day as his day was already booked. I was very surprised but happy as well, I did however offer being open to booking an appointment another day since it would make for a long day and he was close to a half hour away from my home from his last appt. Everett didn’t skip a beat and said he’d rather just get it done so that I’m safe driving with my repaired windshield. I was really impressed. He was kind, professional and just overall wonderful to speak with and work with. I felt at ease. He ended up with a cancelation and checked if it would be ok to come early and I was happy to accommodate. He pulled up to the home, introduced himself, checked out the rock chip and reported the approximate time it would take. Upon completion I inspected the work done and he reviewed and explained it to me … it was magic .. it doesn’t even seem like there was a rock chip there. The price was fair and reasonable. I just moved here a couple of days ago and had a rock hit my windshield today. My sister highly recommended Everett. Wow very impressed! Everett came to our house less than 24 hrs after I called him and had our windshield chip fixed in about 15 minutes, and it was a big one. Very professional and an overall nice person! He has a lifetime guarantee so you can't go wrong with that! Highly recommend! Also our insurance is contracted with safelite and the claims line at first led me to believe we couldn't use another company but that's not true you can choose whoever you want and I'm glad Everett let me know that because they did cover it after all! And we paid no money out of pocket.

Everett came out to my house to fix my Windshield. He was so personable had great customer service gave me a full explanation of everything that he was doing while he was doing it and gave me amazing customer service and the end product was absolutely phenomenal. These guys were amazing! I texted early on a Sunday morning in desperate need of a rock chip seal as my 18 year old son had just gotten a new windshield and after about 3 days got a chip while driving on Highway 55. Within about 10 minutes of sending the first text we had an appointment scheduled for later that morning.
