I am really impressed with the excellent service that I received today getting my windshield replaced. I arrive exactly on time and the technician was ready and waiting. The shop is clean enough to eat off the floor, you can tell that these folks really pay attention to the details. The waiting room is equipped with coffee and the Free Internet is excellent making it very easy to conduct work "away from the office". The Star location is so convenient for anyone living in Eagle, Star, Emmett or the surrounding area, with easy in and out this is our new place to have windshields replaced. I highly recommend Cascade Auto Glass in Star, a first class operation and staff.

Very friendly people, from Sasha that I talked to on the phone to make the appointment to the folks at the location. I pulled in about 10 minutes before my scheduled time, and they were already ready for me before I even walked through the door. The gentleman working on my windshield walked me to the door and opened it for me and showed me where the waiting area was. Obviously, every business is in it to make money, but they clearly care about getting and maintaining their customers! I was not thrilled about having to have a windshield replaced as I'm sure most aren't, but they made it easy and pleasant!

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. Always very friendly. They fit me in for a complete windshield replacement the same week I filed my claim. The service was completed faster than their original estimate. On top of that, they found issues either missed or caused by previous mechanics. I just had a small crack in my windshield repaired there. Extremely friendly service tech, excellent fast service, giving four stars because I can still see the crack, maybe that’s the best that can be expected. Cost was about $75 with tax, less than half what Safelite wanted. I didn’t want to go to some fly-by-night corner thing. A little more what I was hoping ($50), but still worth it to me. Hopefully it prevents the windshield from having to be replaced.

Such sweet staff. I hadn’t reserved a loaner car because I had the day off anyway and didn’t want to take it from someone who actually needed it. Just as I sat down in the waiting area, the sweet lady from the front desk told me they had a loaner car available for the day if I wanted to use it. She handed me the keys to the cutest 2003 Toyota Avalon. She and the adorable loaner car made my day!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Had my windshield today replaced by a young man named Gunner with Cascade Auto glass. Even though my vehicle was a complicated case being newer technology with front facing camera and necessity for recalibration, he did an excellent job! Gunner was very quick, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and have been for years!!

We personally have used the Nampa branch Josh has been our technician for at least three or four windshields, and has done an amazing job every time! In the past I have used safelite and fast Glass and neither one of those companies have stood by their work, Cascade has been great! Josh is awesome! I can't say enough good things about these guys!

Scheduling was super easy. Communication was on point. Customer service exceeded my expectations. The technician (Tyler) arrived early and completed to windshield replacement faster than I expected. I will 100% be using them again if I ever need to.

Amazing customer service. Dropped car in for windshield replacement the night before appointment. Technician started at 6A the next morning and had windshield replaced by 8:30A pick-up. Absolutely outstanding customer service!!
