Glass Monkey

After consulting with my friends and reading all the Google reviews on Safelite and Glass Monkey, it was an easy choice for me to go to Glass Monkey. ( don’t get fooled, the Insurance companies let you choose your choice of glass shop, despite all the hype even within my Geico ins app pushing for Safelite). Glass Monkey has several mobile tech vans to come to your place, but since I needed to do some Costco shopping close by, I went their Cole & Lemhi St location. My tech Justice was welcoming upon my arrival and took the SUV right in to get started on the windshield replacement. I watched the work and asked questions, and surmised he was quite knowledgeable and experienced. He said it would take 1.5 hrs, so I walked over to shop at Costco next door. Later he texted that the car was ready. I paid my $100 ins deductible and was do satisfied that I gave him a good tip for his effort. The whole thing was quick and easy from start to finish, including setting up the appt and getting my questions answered all through text. Thank you GLASS MONKEY for a quality job and glad to know I have a lifetime warranty for peace of mind. Just read the reviews, you’ll agree, there’s no reason to go anywhere else.

Neighbors fireworks did a number on my back glass and Anthatree and Nicole at Glass Monkey were a huge help. Called around to a bunch of different places and they were able to get me taken care of the soonest! The repair cost did end up being a bit higher than the estimate because my car has an unusual glass model (only 4% of my year make and model of car use the kind of glass I needed). I can see how some may find this frustrating but I also do repair work and understand that an estimate is just that- an estimate. The team was super helpful and flexible when we had to troubleshoot getting the right glass and they were still able to get the repair done in the same day. Tree even fixed a rock chip on my front windshield (unrelated to the fireworks) for free and cleaned all my car windows. Highly recommend going with Glass Monkey if you’re in need of a repair or replacement! Thank you Tree for an awesome repair and Nicole for getting everything figured out in the logistics department.

I haven't had too many experiences with getting glass repaired or replaced, but with Nicole she made everything so easy. She gave me a time frame on when the technicians would be out to my location. Kevin (Technician) and his son Justice were able to get my back glass in in short work. This company has earned my business especially since they're family owned and operated. The price that I was quoted was the lowest out of anyone around and am very happy that I choose to do business with these folks. Glass monkey took care of me perfectly from the time Nicole answered the phone. She was so personable and knowledgeable she was very fast and got me a quote and scheduled ASAP. They had availability NEXT DAY when no one else in the valley even had it in stock. Not only were they the MOST AFFORDABLE out of 8 locations I called they were the most timely as well. Was referred to Glass Monkey by a local mechanic. Nicole was very knowledgeable on the phone when making the appointment. The tech Kevin & his son were very nice & professional with the install. Went above & beyond to explain a challenge with the windshield frame. Will return for any other auto glass needs for sure. Keep up the great customer service! Our windshield had a long, low, horizontal crack that grew and moved into our vision. We quickly contacted our insurance. We saw a lot of positive reviews for Glass Monkey, so requested them. Our insurance handled the claim directly with Glass Monkey and we were quickly estimated and scheduled for a replacement. Upon arrival, we were treated kind and well. They did a great job with the replacement and gave us easy instructions to follow for the next week until the glass fully sets. Told us if we get a chip to run back in there and they'd take care of it. Professional. Clean shop. Friendly. Quality. Highly Recommend.

Yesterday.....After calling around to local windshield fixing services, we chose GLASS MONKEY to fix our broken windshield. Other places were 3 weeks out but Glass Monkey said come in right now and we can do it!! In addition to their great reviews, we had heard that Glass Monkey has a very good reputation in the valley. Contacted Glass Monkey based on their reviews.Received my quote quickly via text after messaging for one. Price came in under many competitors. We were scheduled in less than 24 hours. Jordan sent me a text when he was 10 minutes out. Showed up at the quoted time. He replaced two windshields for us and did a great job. I asked him to text upon completion as to not wake a sick child. He did just as I asked. Very polite technician. I would recommend Jordan as an installer and Glass Monkey for windshield replacements in the future. Lifetime warranty is a bonus.

I would highly recommend using Glass Monkey! Their staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I called for a windshield replacement on my truck and they got me in within a couple of hours and replaced it while I waited. I also had them do a mobile replacement on one of my other vehicles and was very satisfied with their work. They are one of the best priced shops in the valley and do amazing work on your vehicles. Glass Monkey exceeded my expectations with my windshield repair. When I made my appointment, the person who took the call was able to quote the exact price right off the top of her head and showed her expertise. When I arrived for my appointment someone met me outside, took my keys, and guided me to the waiting area. They replaced my windshield within the hour timeframe they quoted and it looks great. Their workmanship is top of the line and their quoted prices are much more reasonable than that other highly advertised mobile repair company.
