Fast Glass! The difference is VERY clear. I walked in literally one minute before closing and when the manager walked in (which was very quickly), he did not even mention that they were closing nor did he try to rush me or try to tell me to come back tomorrow. He very politely greeted me with a smile and asked what he could do for me. So I told him I had a large mirror that I made cut down and he was in no rush to go home, but instead said, “let’s go take a look.” He was the only person there so I opened the doors for him as he carried the mirror in. Then he patiently told me the cut he recommended. I agreed 100%. He marked it up for his cutting team, and thanked me for coming by after I gave him my contact info so I can pick it up the next day. I’ve been to their Nampa location several times and have already given them five stars. And now I know that their customer service at their Boise location is also great. It’s absolutely stellar. Fast Glass is the number one place for all your glass needs because they know the RIGHT way to run a business. Pricing. Service. Quality. BAM! What more does anybody want??

I called this morning to get my pickup in to have the windsheild replaced. The gal "Kat" that answered the phone was nice at first, but after a slight disagreement on what options my pickup had she became very rude. Just cause the Vin number says it has certian options doesn't always mean it actually has them. I only drive this pickup every day and put thousands of miles on it a week and ordered it without lane departure from the factory, but what do I know I'm just a dumb customer. Anyway I called the Windsheild guy and he was all booked up, but did confirm that ford will do do that on some rigs. Then he referred me to Integrity auto glass. Brent from integrity also backed me on the Vin number being miss leading. Integrity will be out later today to put my new windsheild in. This is more of a personal review on Kat rather than Fast glass. Word of advice don't argue with your customers. We have a fleet of 20 pickups and equipment that needs glass frequently. Looks like the Windsheild guy and integrity will be getting our business from now on.

I normally wouldn’t take the time to review a company like this. But I was actually super impressed with the rep that they sent out. He didn’t know it, but I was in my office on the second story watching him replace the windshield. Multiple times, I saw him be extra careful and placing any tools or items on the roof of my car. At one point, I saw him pull some little pieces of caulk from around the window (really tiny pieces) And instead of just throwing them on the ground or into the grass, he put them in his pocket to ensure that there was no mess left behind. He also cleaned the inside of the car on the dashboard in those places where it’s hard to reach, but because the windshield was out, he could get to it easily. All in all, I was super impressed with that that kid.

Fast Glass was amazing to work with! They were responsive, great customer care and very accommodating and very fair priced! We were headed out of town for a weekend get away when a rock hit our driver's side window and shattered it. We called them at 2:45 PM and they got us in at 3:30 PM and on the road at 4:30 PM to our destination. They let us ALL sit in their lobby and never once made us feel like an inconvenience. Without them we would have not made this trip. Fast Glass Does More than Auto! I had a window broken in our living room and got estimates from 3 different glass companies to repair it. Fast Glass came in at the lowest price by over $100. Once we accepted their estimate and sent payment they had our window ready incredibly fast. They scheduled an installation time promptly and even adapted to a new date when I had a scheduling conflict. On the date of install their technician Josh was very communicative calling before his arrival and when he was completed (which was very quick). He was very polite, courteous and professional. Hats off Josh! Fast Glass will be my #1 go to for all future glass needs

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have been living with a cracked windshield for around a year that just kept growing because I was not about to pay $600+ (quote from Safelite) for a new windshield 3 months AFTER I got a new one! Found another crack this last Monday and decided to throw in the towel. Decided to try Fast Glass on a neighbor's recommendation and was shocked that the online quote was $356! Got the call to schedule and the actual price was $300 and they would come to me!!!! Had I known that Fast Glass wasn't just residential windows, and over HALF the price of Safelite, I would have NEVER have waited!!

Worst experience ever people BEWARE if u are okay with crazy high prices and half done or do ghetto work with glue and wood thats what they put in my door door pannel all glued up glue on the glass and all over the door pannel gleue seeping threw into door pannel pocket you people are a job im definitely reaching Out TO CORPORATE I HAD TO HAVE A REAL Professionals to fix my door the only issue i had was i needed a new regulator for the door NOW I HAVE TO REPLACE A WHO NEW DOOR PANNEL AND SCRAP OFF ALL THE GLUE U USED!!!!! Everyone was great through the whole process. I had my windshield replaced at my home. They were on time and quick. It took under an hour. What really stood out though was the kindness and professionalism of the 2 men who replaced my windshield. It was exceptional. These two had the most amazing demeanor. WOW! I had a great experience here from start to finish. First off, found the BEST price for my windshield. I had gotten super high quotes from so many other places that left me so discouraged. You can even use their quote tool online to see your estimated quote before calling! Then the lady I spoke to over the phone multiple times was SOOO nice and answered all of my questions! After getting a quote from a different shop for nearly $400 and a 2-3 week turnaround to replace the panes on my bedroom window I decided to call Fast Glass. They quoted me $189 over the phone so I headed over with my window. Bryson took a look at it and told me that it would actually be $152 and he would have it finished by Wednesday (this was the Monday before Thanksgiving at 5pm). I happily paid and headed home. The next morning at 9:00 my phone rang, it was Bryson saying it was ready for pick up! These guys are incredible and do excellent work! Highly recommend!
