I had something hit the windshield of my new Dodge ram 2500 pick up truck while driving on HWY 84. Unfortunately, it caused a large chip in my windshield and my windshield needed to be replaced. My insurance company (Allstate) recommended Cascade Auto Glass. The same day I filed my claim, Cascade Auto Glass called me. Peggy, the Cascade Auto Glass representative was extremely helpful in getting my claim processed. She had an appointment set up for me within two days of the incident. When I got to Cascade Auto Glass, I was met by Justin one of the installers. Justin was super friendly and helpful. I had forgotten about the state park pass on my windshield, but Justin didn’t, and stated that he would make sure he got it onto my new windshield. My windshield was installed and ready to go within three hours. They did an excellent job and my state Park pass was right where it was supposed to be. My experience with Cascade Auto Glass was extremely positive and I appreciate the great customer service I received. I would recommend Cascade Auto Glass to anyone looking to replace their windshield or have their windshield repaired.

As we were traveling through Idaho on our way to stay at Massacre Rocks State Park in our motorhome we got several stars and chips on our large motorhome windshield from gravel being thrown by passing trucks. As we were only going to be in the area one night, we didn't think we could get the repairs done quickly. But I lucked out and called Falls Autoglass! Our technician was at the campground about an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon (!) and got to work repairing our windshield. He did an excellent job, the repairs are almost invisible, and they were large stars. The price was definitely affordable! He was courteous, worked efficiently and kept us informed along the way. I would highly recommend Falls Autoglass to anyone in the area or traveling through, as we are.

Fast Glass! The difference is VERY clear. I walked in literally one minute before closing and when the manager walked in (which was very quickly), he did not even mention that they were closing nor did he try to rush me or try to tell me to come back tomorrow. He very politely greeted me with a smile and asked what he could do for me. So I told him I had a large mirror that I made cut down and he was in no rush to go home, but instead said, “let’s go take a look.” He was the only person there so I opened the doors for him as he carried the mirror in. Then he patiently told me the cut he recommended. I agreed 100%. He marked it up for his cutting team, and thanked me for coming by after I gave him my contact info so I can pick it up the next day. I’ve been to their Nampa location several times and have already given them five stars. And now I know that their customer service at their Boise location is also great. It’s absolutely stellar. Fast Glass is the number one place for all your glass needs because they know the RIGHT way to run a business. Pricing. Service. Quality. BAM! What more does anybody want??

After consulting with my friends and reading all the Google reviews on Safelite and Glass Monkey, it was an easy choice for me to go to Glass Monkey. ( don’t get fooled, the Insurance companies let you choose your choice of glass shop, despite all the hype even within my Geico ins app pushing for Safelite). Glass Monkey has several mobile tech vans to come to your place, but since I needed to do some Costco shopping close by, I went their Cole & Lemhi St location. My tech Justice was welcoming upon my arrival and took the SUV right in to get started on the windshield replacement. I watched the work and asked questions, and surmised he was quite knowledgeable and experienced. He said it would take 1.5 hrs, so I walked over to shop at Costco next door. Later he texted that the car was ready. I paid my $100 ins deductible and was do satisfied that I gave him a good tip for his effort. The whole thing was quick and easy from start to finish, including setting up the appt and getting my questions answered all through text. Thank you GLASS MONKEY for a quality job and glad to know I have a lifetime warranty for peace of mind. Just read the reviews, you’ll agree, there’s no reason to go anywhere else.

First ever experience with a cracked windshield, I needed the whole thing replaced and recalibrate because its a 2020 with a camera attached to the windshield for safety features. Scheduling online was super easy. Everyone i talked to was really friendly and positive. They set clear expectations and in the end exceeded those expectafions. They even stayed open late to ensure that everyone that scheduled service that day, was fully taken care of. That commitment and dedication and all around stellar service. They even let me know when they had some cancelations so I could get in early. service was quick and efficient, they took care of the whole thing and I can tell its quality work. I would highly highly recommend safelight any day of the week.

I walked into a competitor's place and stood there for 5 minutes to wait to talk to someone, even though I had called and they were expecting me. I was completely ignored. It was a cold place that wasn't very welcoming. I ended up scheduling my windshield replacement through Safelite, as I had heard good things. Well, it was 5 stars from beginning to end! From the moment I walked in, Darby saw me, greeted me with a smile and welcomed me. She had a TV, coffee & a wifi code for me so I could work on my laptop as I waited. There ended up being a tech issue in calibration that caused a longer than quoted time, Darby made sure she communicated through the entire process. She also made me feel like she valued my time and appreciated my patronage, as she offered some freebies to make up for the inconvenience. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel valued and welcomed. I wish we had more places like this these days; the world would be a much better place. Until then, I'll be sure to encourage all to check this location out. They are great. Micheal did awesome on the installation.
