My technician was AMAZING! He was prompt, courteous and professional. He was very neat and organized. I was soooo delighted. I was a recent victim of an attempted carjacking by the Kia boys. It was disheartening that these young guys broke my window and attempted stealing my car. But your option to fix the window was far less expensive than filing an insurance claim and you come to us! I am so delighted! Your company is my go to for any mobile window repair job going forward!

Horrible experience!!! The technician was rushing and did not properly align the window to my door. I pointed out that the placement looked off, and he assured me that it was ok. When I drove the car the next day, I could hear wind coming in through the misaligned window. I called Windshield hub, and they informed me a technician would be coming the following day. I did not hear back from them. I had to reach out again to schedule a technician 2 days later. The initial technician arrived. He was in a rush again. He asked me to tell him if the window looked aligned. I informed him that it is not my job to judge the quality of a window replacement by how it looks. He should be properly trained to know that the window is aligned. He also arrived to my house with a random girl in his vehicle who was not an employee of the company. The technician “completes” the job only for me to be left with a window that still has air coming through and now my door handle will not open from the inside. I just called the company and requested assistance. Since it is Saturday, they are unable to assist because this is not a new request. I have to wait until Monday for the warranty department to call me. It has been over a week, and I am still dealing with this company regarding my window replacement in addition to now my interior door handle not opening my Audi. At this point, I would prefer this company to just take their window. I should have called Safelite! The $200 savings was not worth this. I do not recommend this company at all. Horrible communication, professionalism, and quality of work. I hate that I even had to give 1 star to leave this review! If you value your time, please use a different company!

Booked a last minute appointment to get my windshield fixed and after booking, I found a MUCH cheaper company to do it so I called up to cancel my appointment. I talked to one of the dispatchers and she told me “there is a cancellation fee for cancelling after 30 minutes of booking but I will not charge you” I responded “I would appreciate it if you could considering I booked it 34 minutes ago” and she said she did and the appointment was cancelled. 15 minutes later I get a 5 missed calls while at work and when I’m finally able to answer, it’s a manger stating that they will in fact be charging me. I understand it’s policy but they went back on their word and that doesn’t look good. You can find much cheaper places, I’m paying their late fee and the new company to come and I’m still saving money.

Technician called when he was 15 minutes out. Upon arrival he explained the services he was to provide. My truck had been broken into and I hasn't had time to vacuum the scattered glass from inside of the vehicle. He assured me that was no problem. He vacuumed, installed the window and notified me to come back out to run a test on functionality. After ensuring I was pleased with his work he was on his way. Whole process took less time than I expected which I appreciated because I had a busy day ahead. I not only recommend this company, but I'll be using them again if needed! 10 out of 10!

Booked a same day at noon for 3-6. My wallet was stolen so my girlfriend had to pay. She verified her ID at 1:30. At 5:45, Windshield Hub called me notifying me that my girlfriend, an international citizen, couldnt have her ID verified because she did not have a U.S. ID? So, windshield hub waited until they were about closed and everyone else was closed to tell me they couldn’t come that day based on the ID I verified 5 hours earlier. I had to miss work the next day to get my window replaced.

I received a call from WindshieldHUB before I’d even finished submitting my inquiry online, and had service scheduled for 2 hours later. Safelite tried to jerk me around about a cost estimate, so I started looking elsewhere and WindshieldHUB came in at a lower cost anyway. The technician was extremely communicative about his arrival and status updates, and he was as polite as could be. The windshield looks great and no issues noted!

The communication throughout was incredible. From the moment I placed the order I was informed of everything that was happening. The tech arrived on time and he was extremely friendly. He had the work done within 15 minutes! Overall 5 stars!

Car was broken into last night. The back passenger window and vent window were smashed. I called Windshield Hub on the way home. That morning they showed up promptly and replaced both windows within 45 minutes. Outstanding!!! Very professional!!!
