Caliber Auto Glass

When in December, of 2023, my Insurance company, State Farm, refused to pay the exorbitant price RBM was charging to replace the windshield on my 2015 S550 Mercedes Benz, they gave me three windshield replacement companies to choose from. Fortunately, I evidently chose the best one, Caliber Auto Glass located at 1770 Cobb Parkway, in Marietta, Ga. Let me say unequivocally, that from start to finish, their customer service approach not only exceeded that of RBM, but in my opinion, cannot be matched anywhere - it was impeccable! Following the replacement, I had some concerns, as I thought that because it was not done by Mercedes Benz themselves, the concerns were valid. To my surprise, not only did I receive instant satisfactory responses from the Manager; but Paul Peters, the General Manager himself, expediently went beyond any and all call of duty to examine my concerns and to ensure that not only was the installation perfectly done, but to the point where it was more than evident to me that every possible concern resident in my mind, had absolutely no validity. Then what I appreciated most, was not just the patience and extended time he took to address my concerns to the Nth degree, but his expertise, attitude, patience, and tone of voice assured me that yes, quality workmanship and customer service still do exist, even if only at Caliber.

I just finished having a windshield replaced in my 1978 Vw Camping Bus. It doesn’t take a great imagination to understand this challenge is not an everyday routine replacement. Caliber Auto Glass in Kennesaw, Ga provided me with a competitive quote including windshield and labor, within a couple of hours. Fortunately for me, Jamie Burt was assigned as the installer. I say fortunate for me because he was knowledgeable, prompt, explained in detail the process, kept in touch and is a really nice guy! Jamie tried every possible way to get the new windshield to fit but, he discovered the existing windshield gasket was damaged. Jamie had to schedule a return visit after I ordered and received a new gasket from an online supplier. We kept in touch for the next three days with updates on gasket delivery and his availability to return. Excellent communication with him which was greatly appreciated. He returned this afternoon with his colleague Lynn and despite oppressive heat they went to work as a team and despite a difficult install, made it look easy. Finished up in record time! If Jamie and Lynn are representative of the Caliber workforce, it is no wonder Caliber is a leader in the automotive glass repair and replacement sector. Amazing service, called before arrived and very professional. Cleaned up the area and the car, the new windshield made the car look new. I would highly recommend Caliber Auto Glass to everyone.

They were able to do (2) of our foremen's trucks on the jobsite. Courteous and very fast according to our foremen. Price was also very reasonable. Will definitely use them in the future.
