I submitted a quote on a Monday morning and was offered same-day and next-day service, I ended up scheduling for 3PM Wednesday. Bernard called me and said he could actually accommodate me earlier at 1PM, and he came right to my apartment parking deck and then jumped my car battery because of course, if it’s not one thing it’s another. He was pleasant and professional, he vacuumed out all the glass as I had not gotten to it yet, and what got me was his giant golf umbrella with a suction cup to block him from roasting in the afternoon sun as he worked. This guy is a pro! I think it was 30 minutes total from battery jump to packing up his tools. I highly recommend this company and Bernard to anyone who finds themselves with the burden of a broken window!

I had a die hard emergency and needed my window replaced asap!! I was referred to Atlanta Auto Glass by a fellow business . Spoke w/ Steve and he took my info . Gave me a call right back with a quote which was very reasonable compared to a few other glass repair shops that I called. I accepted his offer and he gave me an eta of 6pm! Came right to me in very good time frame.. Started the job and even though the glass wasn’t the right fit, he assured me that he would have the right one ordered and installed the next morning. About 10am the next day, he came right back out with the correct glass , installed it, and sent me a photo of the completed job!! This company is, hands down, the BEST in Atlanta. I found this place after another local company did not come through with the promises of replacing my rear window after some clown broke into my car. I waited for a response from this guy, he only read my messages after promising he'd get the window my car needed. Needless to say, I did a Google search in desperation for a replacement. I saw Auto Glass World, but they only had 3 reviews and they were all good. So, I took a chance and called. I was professionally greeted by a pleasant voice. The customer service representative, Tamara, is very knowledgeable on glass for cars. She has tons of experience, and was very efficient with scheduling. The next day, the window technician, Nick, was on it! He found my car in a sea of cars where I work, texted me when he was there and completed the replacement in under an hour. He then let me know when he completed the work. I am very pleased with the overall service and care this company gave! Hopefully, not ever again, but if I needed car window care, I will DEFINITELY be contacting this place! Thank you Auto Glass World!

When in December, of 2023, my Insurance company, State Farm, refused to pay the exorbitant price RBM was charging to replace the windshield on my 2015 S550 Mercedes Benz, they gave me three windshield replacement companies to choose from. Fortunately, I evidently chose the best one, Caliber Auto Glass located at 1770 Cobb Parkway, in Marietta, Ga. Let me say unequivocally, that from start to finish, their customer service approach not only exceeded that of RBM, but in my opinion, cannot be matched anywhere - it was impeccable! Following the replacement, I had some concerns, as I thought that because it was not done by Mercedes Benz themselves, the concerns were valid. To my surprise, not only did I receive instant satisfactory responses from the Manager; but Paul Peters, the General Manager himself, expediently went beyond any and all call of duty to examine my concerns and to ensure that not only was the installation perfectly done, but to the point where it was more than evident to me that every possible concern resident in my mind, had absolutely no validity. Then what I appreciated most, was not just the patience and extended time he took to address my concerns to the Nth degree, but his expertise, attitude, patience, and tone of voice assured me that yes, quality workmanship and customer service still do exist, even if only at Caliber.

Reached out to this company and to be fair they were extremely responsive during initial call/consultation scheduled to have someone come and he eventually did. Even though this took a little back and forth as scheduled person didn’t come out at scheduled time and wasn’t very communicative about ETA The windshield was rushed and replaced so quickly and a few hours after leaving when I drove my car, all the safety features on the car went off. All the sensors went off and has been unsafe to drive including some of the collision sensors also. I reached out and he said he’d come back out to check it out, multiple calls, texts and 1 month later, there’s still been no response or any feedback yet. I also specifically requested an emailed receipt and this was never sent out. I’m Actually extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company based on my experience. I drove around for two years with a crack that started small and progressed to the width of my windshield and circled back, all because I was afraid of what it would cost to fix it. I was referred to H&A by another business I called who said they weren't able to do windshield repairs at the time. I'm so glad for their referral! I called and Mike immediately gave me a quote that was waaaaayyyyy less than I had received from others or expected. After I booked the appointment for someone to come out the next day, I called back to make sure they understood that I need a replacement and not a repair. Same price. I called again to let them know that my window was tinted. Same price. Before the night was over, the technician, Donnie messaged me to confirm his arrival time the next morning. He arrived at my job the next day (early) and fixed my windshield in about 22 minutes! Donnie was super professional. A coworker who saw my windshield being replaced and heard the price grabbed a card and plans to have his wife's windshield replaced by H&A. I am saving their number in my phone and will refer anyone who needs glass replacement on their vehicle. Thanks, Mike and Donnie for providing excellent service at the absolute best price!

QuickFix Atlanta really proves not all superheroes wear capes! A rock hit my windshield that caused a rapidly growing crack in a matter of an hour. Because I have a Tesla, I knew my options would be limited for a quality, decently priced, quick repair. Frankly, I was pessimistic and stressed. After a Google search (and hitting up the usual suspects i.e. Safelite), I stumbled upon QuickFix. He not only answered the phone right away, but was able to offer a same-day service with one of his guys who is an expert with Teslas. And to top it off, the pricing was incredibly fair, service was hospitable, and they came to my home for the service, finishing within one hour. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend you give them a try.
