This company is, hands down, the BEST in Atlanta. I found this place after another local company did not come through with the promises of replacing my rear window after some clown broke into my car. I waited for a response from this guy, he only read my messages after promising he'd get the window my car needed. Needless to say, I did a Google search in desperation for a replacement. I saw Auto Glass World, but they only had 3 reviews and they were all good. So, I took a chance and called. I was professionally greeted by a pleasant voice. The customer service representative, Tamara, is very knowledgeable on glass for cars. She has tons of experience, and was very efficient with scheduling. The next day, the window technician, Nick, was on it! He found my car in a sea of cars where I work, texted me when he was there and completed the replacement in under an hour. He then let me know when he completed the work. I am very pleased with the overall service and care this company gave! Hopefully, not ever again, but if I needed car window care, I will DEFINITELY be contacting this place! Thank you Auto Glass World!
