I had a die hard emergency and needed my window replaced asap!! I was referred to Atlanta Auto Glass by a fellow business . Spoke w/ Steve and he took my info . Gave me a call right back with a quote which was very reasonable compared to a few other glass repair shops that I called. I accepted his offer and he gave me an eta of 6pm! Came right to me in very good time frame.. Started the job and even though the glass wasn’t the right fit, he assured me that he would have the right one ordered and installed the next morning. About 10am the next day, he came right back out with the correct glass , installed it, and sent me a photo of the completed job!! There is nothing quick about the quote process as they claim. I have been texting, calling, leaving voicemails, and sending birds for a week—A WEEK—just to get a quote. Can you imagine how troublesome getting your window repaired and your car back will be if it takes this much effort just to get a quote? They refuse to answer the phone no matter which time of day you call. They take days to text back and when they do it's few days in between responses. The last text correspondence was the person on the other end (have no clue who because they never introduced themselves) telling me they can't talk right now. I'm sorry...what?

this dude is the BEST! the hood on my car wasn't latched, so when bf drove to store, a slight gust of wind caused hood to blow up & smash my windshield, and dent roof of my car. not only are his prices $100+ less than other companies, mobile or otherwise, but he even fixed the roof dents! i called for (my personal emergency) same-day service, and the technician/owner arrived exactly at the time specified, as promised. technician/owner was very professional, and went above & beyond to do a solid, amazing job. hopefully i won't need another windshield anytime soon, but if i do, i know exactly who I'm calling! TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!! I couldn’t believe how affordable he was AND he’s 100% mobile! The quality of his work goes unmatched. I called him today, he met me at my home a few hours later, WOW! I have a 2008 BMW, the seal around my windshield was cracked and falling apart (see before and after photos). I had other reputable glass repair shops tell me I had to replace my entire windshield but after one call to Atlanta Auto Glass & More, I was quoted a price and was told he could indeed replace the seal and cowl without replacing the entire windshield. When a big national auto glass company couldn't schedule me in the next week, I called Atlanta Auto Glass and More. I an so glad I did!. They scheduled my side window replacement for the next day and came to me where I work. All was done in about an hour. Steve, my installer, was personable and professional.
