A Plus Windshield Repair & Headlight Restoration, LLC

This is a bit of a mixed review. My car had cracked driver side window and front windshield. A plus sent two different people for each replacement. The person who did the side window did an excellent job. I give him five stars. On the other hand, the person who did the front window had initially done what looked like a good job. Two days later, the rubber molding above the window came undone. See the pictures below. I called the person who fixed it, he was adamant that his repair had not caused it. In his defense, I had just had the car washed and though it was a touchless car wash, there is a small possibility that the wash may have had something to do with it. None the less, after discussion, he agreed to come and try to reinstall it. The repair visit never happened. Overall, both men did a great job, arrived on the spot and replaced both windows. The follow up on the rubber remains a minor issue but illustrated a small lack of better customer support. So instead of 5, I have to drop it to 4.

I submitted a quote on a Monday morning and was offered same-day and next-day service, I ended up scheduling for 3PM Wednesday. Bernard called me and said he could actually accommodate me earlier at 1PM, and he came right to my apartment parking deck and then jumped my car battery because of course, if it’s not one thing it’s another. He was pleasant and professional, he vacuumed out all the glass as I had not gotten to it yet, and what got me was his giant golf umbrella with a suction cup to block him from roasting in the afternoon sun as he worked. This guy is a pro! I think it was 30 minutes total from battery jump to packing up his tools. I highly recommend this company and Bernard to anyone who finds themselves with the burden of a broken window!

I was so impressed with the staff and service of A Plus. I had a tree branch shatter the back windshield of my Prius and Daniel of A Plus came out within a couple of hours and within 20 minutes had it all replaced. All with a great personality. He didn't have an extension cord to reach an outlet to vacuum up the glass but in order to fulfil on their promise of clean-up, went with me to a local car wash where he used a vacuum and made sure all the broken glass was removed. All with a fair price. It's such a relief to have full use of my car again. Such a random occurrence as a tree branch falling could really ruin your plans for the week but thanks to A Plus, my car is good as new.

I was not expecting such an amazing experience from changing my windshield. It broke while I was traveling I was frustrated I had to fix it but after reaching out to Safelite and setting up an appointment that included me having to drive 45 minutes away the NEXT DAY I looked for an alternative. The owner of A Plus, Bernard, returned my call within 60 seconds and made an exception because I told him I was traveling. They were at my house that afternoon. Daniel, the tech, came with a smile on his face and left the same way after doing an amazing job. Truly high level service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! (and I am hard to please lol)

I recently had my front passenger's side window completely smashed in and needed a quick replacement. After searching around for options, I came across A Plus and noticed they come straight to your location to perform services! Not only did this save me so much time having to wait at a repair shop or dealership, the process was so quick, painless, and relatively cheap! The A Plus representative arrived to my house on time and was super friendly and professional. 45 minutes and only $300 later, my window was replaced and better than new! I had the headlight restoration mobile service done at my home, and it was super-convenient. I must compliment the technician- Bernard. He was super pleasant, considerate and very professional, he is the epitome of excellent customer service. I am super impressed on on the great job he did in the restoration of my Nissan Quest's headlights, they look practically new. I had a seamless experience coordinating a full windshield replacement with A-Plus; I even had to reschedule and Daniel, the owner, was so accommodating. Deshawn and Quincy were my technicians - very professional and friendly. They came to my workplace to replace my windshield in the parking lot - they were done in about 45 minutes! The entire process was so easy and clearly communicated. I think this was a great value after sourcing multiple quotes; especially given the exceptional customer service, high quality communication/details and quick turnaround.

Absolutely top notch service from the initial call to the install. I could not be more impressed and pleased that I went with these folks to replace my cracked windshield. Daniel Patterson operating Gwinnett Glass came within 48 hours of my call and did a stellar job. The attention to detail for fitting the glass (given the impact near the frame) to cleaning everything up was beyond my expectations, especially given previous experiences with larger national chains. A Plus windshield repair is hands down the best company to repair your windshield! From start to end receptionist who answered was so amazing and polite. Pricing was very fair as well. I was able to get in the same day! Daniel came to my home within just a few hours after calling! He called me and updated me with his ETA. He was efficient and professional. Very quick and great work done. Whole appt only took him less than 45 mins. He also made sure everything was done correctly before leaving. Super amazing and thankful for them! Thank you A Plus!
