Great experience and customer service all the way around. Replaced 2 glass windshields and repaired my headlights to brand new. Will be doing all glass business to this amazing store and employees. I'm very glad I got into this company!!! Guys, I turned to 9 companies😵‍💫 some gave me such a high price that for this money you can change not only the windshield, but all the windows in the car. Some companies didn't even get in touch! Guys answered me very quickly, asked the right questions, gave the best price and offered to come to them the same day to solve my problem! The guys who made me glass are very friendly and great professionals! After they finished, all my stickers and stickers and mirrors returned to their place, brought me to the car and gave recommendations for further operation! I believe that business should only work the way it works for this company! Thank you very much for your help! I really appreciate it! If something happens to my glasses or the glasses of my friends, we will only go to this place!

I was referred to New World Auto Glass on Hillsborough Ave. by my mechanic Cliff, at Cliff Auto Repair on Hillsborough Ave. I saved so much money on my windshield, as I had already had an appointment scheduled with Safelite to have my windshield replaced. They got me in next day and I was in and out within an hour of me arriving. If you need your windshield replaced (I don't have windshield replacement on my insurance, so it was a pay your own way situation, so not sure how the insurance side of it works) please call New World Auto Glass before you make other calls and I am almost positive they will beat any ones prices! What a blessing and I will let anyone I know to come here first, then get other estimates... I am sure you will be as pleased as I am. One happy customer, Thanks New World Auto Glass!

I strongly recommend going somewhere else. I took my car to get the window fixed and the door now completely doesn't work. I Never ever had a problem with it until I took it this shop. I am so disappointed. I cannot believe that I went to this place to begin with!! when they say you get what you pay for believe it!now they said they are not responsible for the door when they are the ones that came out to my home to try to fix it for free! And even offered to fix it further more if issue continues. If that doesn't show you that they're guilty. I don't know what does. now they don't want nothing to do with trying to fix my door. Do me a favor before you leave this business after a service make sure everything works before leaving the lot! Or just go somewhere else, you will be better off!

This place saved my life! In a rush, I made a mistake and shattered my rear window. I called 7 other places with extremely high estimates AND they didn’t have the glass in stoke. When I called New World Auto, they knew exactly which rear window, they had it in stock, and the PRICE!! The price was the BEST EVER! Which is great for a public school teacher on a budget. This shop was incredible. I called on a weekend with a cracked windshield.... a big enough one that I knew would have to be replaced. He immediately told me the cost for my vehicle. I brought it in the next day, and he was waiting for me. I must have waited 15-20 minutes and it was done. Very fair, reasonable price. And now I have a beautiful new windshield on my 17 year-old car. Very professional shop, courteous staff.

Very good experience with this company. I called around and had 4 quotes to replace my windshield and their price was significantly cheaper compared to all others. They were extremely timely and responsive. A no frills, straight to the point experience which is exactly what you want. They had me in and out with a new windshield in 35 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone.

On Friday my windshield broke into pieces. Saturday morning I called around to 12 different locations to get quotes and estimate repair times. After an hour of making calls I was able to find New World Auto Glass and they gave me quick and excellent customer service. I would recommend them for any of your auto glass needs.

Very unprofessional and un respectful people. When I called them and asked about the warranty and brand/quality of the windshield the guy seems to be the owner said we are out of business and we are closed and hang up my call. Instead of explaining to me he dropped the call. So be careful doing business with these guys.
