Mike's Auto Glass Tampa

Mike's Auto Glass went totally above and beyond for me today! My rear quarter window was broken and I came in for my appointment for the replacement to be installed. The replacement glass that had been ordered unfortunately turned out not to be the correct model.. And the right glass apparently would have taken over two weeks to get in! Instead of turning me away, the employees took the time and care to source me the correct glass locally and then an employee went and picked it up. I walked in a few minutes before 3pm and even with the issue, they had me out before 5pm! Truly exceptional customer service!!! The reception employees were also very friendly and helpful and the shop was very clean and comfortable to wait in. It was stocked with complimentary water and cofee and free wifi and even the restroom was very clean! I am soo thankful to have been referred to this business by a friend's husband who is in the auto industry. I have since told him to continue to recommend Mike's Auto Glass and I will be sure to recommend them as well! 5 stars!!!ServicesGlass installation

DISCLAIMER- DON’T USE SAFELITE!!!! GO HERE!!! SAFELITE doesn’t care about your vehicle! Mike’s Auto Glass does. Simply put. There isn’t enough good I can say about this place. They used quality glass for my windshield replacement. I was in the industry growing up as a kid & I highly recommend this place. This is a great LICENSED & INSURED company you’ll be happy to take your car to. Highly recommend this place. Knowledgeable staff. The personnel doing the work here make sure they do the job right and make the process as painless as can be. On top of that THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Keep in mind, no two vehicles are the same & your own experience may differ slightly from mine but the bottom line is this. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, smart glaziers who can do the job the right way, and with my car, it looks as it did when it rolled off the factory line. Mike’s is & will be my go to & #1 recommendation for anyone who needs a window.

Dec 24’: I cannot say enough great things about Mike’s! I had an automatic window issue that 3 different body shops and even 1 dealership said I needed either, new hinges or the frame on my convertible needed straightening. I took it to Mike’s and their amazing technician (Eric) thoughtfully assessed the situation and came up with an approach. He immediately determined that the hinges were fine as was the frame. What he did find, was the window assembly had extremely loose bolts that held the window assembly in place as well as a rubber trim issue that he heated and reshaped. The problem was completely fixed and even better than new!!! All this done for a fraction of the cost the others wanted for things I never needed. Great Job Mike’s and especially to Eric for his patience and expertise - I highly highly recommend Mike’s as they are Honest and great at what they do! Thanks Mike’s!!!

I am a loyal customer of this business for over 10 years with great outcome of service performed on my several vehicles ranging from windshield replacement to window regulator. In the past, I have purchased the window regulator on my BMW and they have graciously installed it at a nominal fee. This time I have a broken front right door actuator that needs replacement. Mike’s Auto Glass quoted me a price of $624 for replacement if they provided the part. I asked them how much they would charge if I provided the part (OEM) that comes with manufacture warranty. They seem hesitant to comply with my request after calling several times and getting the excuse of being too busy and a promise to call me back. I am disappointed with Mike’s Auto Glass treating a loyal customer after all these years. I am moving on to someone else who can repair my door. ☹️

I had my windshield replaced by a company recommended by my car insurance, but unfortunately, they didn’t do a great job. In the process, they damaged a cover on my rearview mirror and they weren’t able to fix it. I took my car to the dealer to see if they could repair it, but they couldn’t fix it either. As a last resort, I stopped by this shop, and one of their employees, Joe, helped me out. He fixed the misplaced piece and didn’t even charge me for it. I’m really grateful for their help. I take good care of my car and it was frustrating that the piece kept coming loose. It’s nice to know there are people who genuinely care about helping others. I highly recommend this place—they clearly know what they’re doing, and their service is excellent! Thank you, Joe, and your team for your help—I truly appreciate it!

I had an amazing experience with Andrew, the GM, and Ryan, my glass installer, when getting my Tesla windshield replaced. Not only did Ryan do a flawless job on the install, but Andrew went the extra mile by calling me afterward to let me know the previous windshield on my car wasn’t actually the right one. They also noticed a plastic trim piece was missing, showed me exactly what it was, found the correct replacement online, and told me to bring the car back once I receive it so they can install it. That level of detail, transparency, and customer care is beyond impressive. Andrew and Ryan truly went above and beyond. They care about doing things the right way and making sure their customers feel valued. I highly recommend them if you want honest, expert service that goes far beyond expectations.

I was so sad when a branch fell from a tree and smashed my rear window to smithereens during a thunderstorm! Luckily my husband contacted Mikes Auto Glass and they said to bring the car down that day. Claudio told my husband they would order the glass and fix it the very next day. I figured there would be some snafu and I would be without my car for a few days. But much to my surprise they had the car ready for me the next day. And the price was very reasonable and Shaina and the man who checked me out (I didn’t catch his name) were so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the great service which is hard to come by these days! I hope to have the opportunity to recommend Mike’s soon and often in the future. Thanks a million!

Would like to recommend this company if you are looking for a stress-Free windshield repair. I have used another company in Tampa, that caused alot of stress the last time my windshield broke.Shana Was the main reason I tried this company out ,she was very professional and knew what she was doing when I called on the phone and very understanding to the fact I was stressed out about it. Ernest explained to me some things I had concerns about once I arrived and he was doing the job. He’s an excellent technician.! The facility is nice to be there while you’re waiting as well. Thank you Mike’s auto glass for having this be a stress-free experience. I’ll be using you next time and recommending you.

Mike's Auto Glass was a recommendation from a Tampa car club. They said it was the best place to go, so I called solely on the recommendation. Let me tell you, this IS the place to go! First Angel is top-notch, professional, knowledgeable, and a plain nice guy! Treated me likeni knew him when I called not like another customer. He was bale to order the correct windshield for my son's Subaru WRX and get me in within the week! The car came out like it rolled out of the factory. And if that isn't enough, the place is easy to find, super clean, and has a beautiful waiting area with coffee and wifi! I tate them 10/10!

I have a 2024 Ram 1500 that had a severely cracked windshield. Due to supply, there were no factory or aftermarket windshields available anywhere. Mike's kept me on the list, and called me every 10 days with updates. Finally after about 45 days they got one. Installed, perfectly calibrated, looks great! Super professional staff - 5 Stars Very clean and organized workshop - 5 Stars Very experienced Technician - 5 Stars Got me in and out in under the stated 3.5 hours. Fantastic. Highly recommend!
