I ran into a sales rep named Bryan at a gas station, and was approached because my windshield was cracked beyond repair. I was so upset over it cause it happened literally 2 weeks after I bought the car. Bryan was professional, knowledgeable and most important NOT pushy. I later check his reviews and WOW. Definitely nice to see someone take pride in their work and it shows. I highly recommend Bryan, and FMG for your AutoGlass. HOW DARE THEY?! I mean honestly, providing me with outstanding customer service! How is that possible? Well, let's start with Bryan, the ring leader of this unimaginably fantastic experience. Bryan is friendly, informative, and professional. I took his business info at the car wash and said once I'm ready, I'll call. He was not pushy at all, very patient and I really appreciate that🤗 2 months later I met Caroline at the car wash. Caroline is a true lady with great energy, lovely demeanor and face. Caroline completed all the hard work! All I had to do was remember my insurance company and my driver's license😅 But the last part of this 5 star experience was... GARY! Did you know He dared to show up ON TIME and complete the job in a timely manner with a quality windshield?! Gary is detailed oriented , brilliant, and funny! I called several auto glass repair companies and got a lot of excuses. I had an emergency necessity to depart quickly for business reasons. I called FMG and spoke with Bryan, informed him of the situation and my time line. He answered all questions promptly, accurately and professionally. I am so impressed with this company, from the scheduling of the appointment to the arrival and finish of the work the customer service was off the charts. I initially spoke with Bryan when making my appointment and, just from his level of knowledge about what type of windshield I needed and overall great customer service I was already sold. But this company took it to another level by sending literally the A-Team. Both the technicians and the calibrators arrived at the appointment, my windshield was removed debris cleaned away and windshield replaced within The time frame they promised. I will definitely refer this company to all of my friends. And just when I thought the customer service couldn’t get any better, I received a follow up call from Bryan. The service I received from Bryan, the manager was more than amazing. From his professional approach at the car wash, informing me of how the process Florida’s insurance works to replace my windshield for FREE, to his text informing me of the appt the night before, to his follow up call with me assuring I was completely satisfied. Normally I feel pressured when a salesman approaches me, this gentleman is completely unlike the rest in the sales profession. I highly recommend FMG for your windshield needs. They are honest, courteous and take care of everything for you and you can use OEM glass not the garbage the insurance companies want you to use. The tech (Brett) was awesome and did not cut corners. The Regional Manager (Bryan) worked with me before during and after installation. Our insurance company tried to deny our claim because we used better glass and not the cheap glass from the company that used to offer you steaks. Bryan immediately handled the situation with the insurance company and put me at ease with what they were trying to pull. I called Bryan to get my windshield replaced, and he contacted billy which has many many years of experience in replacing windshields and billy operates near where I live. I called on a Thursday and had my windshield done by Monday morning, I would of had it done the next day but due to rain we had to go with Monday. billy replaced my windshield in less than an hour and was very nice and very informative every step of the way!!! Bryan made sure to keep in touch to make sure I was satisfied before, during and after, and was very kind and courteous!!! I cannot say enough about what a positive experience I had with Brian and Matt at Florida Mobile Glass Tampa. I am out of state and needed to replace the broken back window of our van that my son is using while in school in Tampa. Brian called me back promptly and was able to get Matt out to us to replace the glass that day. Matt stayed in contact with my son and I and was very helpful in the coordination of everything right up to a convenient payment method. Matt was friendly and got the job done just as promised. I have never personally experienced a cracked windshield and had no idea what to do or where to start! A friend of mine had recently gone through this and she recommended me here. Bryan assisted and guided me throughout the filing of the claim and was just absolutely stellar all around. He made it a very quick and easy process, which was much appreciated. Matt did the replacement which was quick and efficient, and he arrived when scheduled, which was also much appreciated because I value my time. Not that I want to experience any future windshield cracks or damage, but if I do, I’ll definitely be going with them again. I’m very pleased!

Highly recommend this company. I reached for recommendation's on Facebook after being on hold for over an hour with the big box company. Monica messaged right away. And then I heard from Bryan within an hour. My appointment was set for the next day.
