The customer service is amazing! A rock broke my sunroof on my LandRover. My insurance and so many other places was giving me the run around. Superior fixed my glass and provide clear communication about everything. The woman at the front desk really takes care of all customer. A year later I notice a little raddled, and she allowed me to bring the car back and double checked my sunroof and found a small bolt was loose and fixed it. One day in, one day out! About a week ago the back window of our one year old Toyota was broken buy a rock hitting it. I took the car to the local Toyota dealer where we bought it. I got there in the last hour that they were open for the day. When I asked for help they handed me Linda Rollinsons card And told me that they considered her company Superior Auto Glass of Tampa Bay to be the best in the area. I called Linda on the spot. She came to the dealer, ordered the glass, cleaned all of the broken glass form the rear of the car,put plastic over the opening,and did all of this on a cold evening after super hour. The next day Linda called with pricing and set up a time for the install of the new window. Two days after the window was broken, a man who works for Linda met me at the dealer, installed the new glass and the job was done. The customer service that I got from Superior Auto Glass was far above and beyond what I would have ever expected, and they asked nothing extra in return. May God Bless them with success now and in the future. They are the best in the business, In my opinion too.

This is actually the second time in the last 2 years I have had to have my windshield replaced (joys of living off US 19) by Superior Auto Glass of Tampa Bay. The service that Linda and her team provide has been amazing both times. The first time I had my windshield replaced it was with another company. So last year when that one cracked I called Linda at Superior was incredibly impressed with the service. My first replacement windshield had been installed incorrectly, and in order to replace it Superior Auto Glass had to not only replace the glass but framing pieces around the glass. Couldn't be happier result with the replacement materials and the work. I had to call on Linda and Superior again this week and it was wonderful. She remembered who I was (which is a fantastic/warm & fuzzy feeling) and worked with my schedule to get the glass replaced ASAP. Again, I am so happy with my new windshield and how quickly it was able to be replaced. If you ever need a replacement windshield in the Tampa Bay area, I would definitely call Linda.

Linda is truly Great , She cares about her customers safety and will not use cheap import glass on your car like safe lite or the other glass giants who put the cheapest blurry POS windshield in your car to maximize profit. Not only did Superior Autoglass do an A-1 Fantastic replacement... she educated me about auto glass ! I never knew there was so much to know about a windshield, but Linda is truly the best in the business!!! She replaced my windshield in about an hour and the new one is much better than my factory as she ordered a acoustic model at no extra cost. My new windshield is not made in cha cha china, it is from Great Britain and it is C R Y S T A L Clear P E R F E C T I O N !!! I love the built in tint band and I am not blinded in the morning like I use to be. My suv was almost $50k new and they will treat your car like it is their own.. The only thing that would have made the experience better was a free car wash and vacuum. Just kidding Linda, I cant thank you enough... You have earned a customer for life

Insurance pushed me to shops that send a single installer to your driveway — too risky for my new diesel truck (one drop = $1000s in body damage). Spent weeks calling Port Richey–Clearwater shops and all do the same EXCEPT Superior Auto Glass of New Port Richey! --> They use two installers, work indoors (no weather risk), offer a lifetime warranty, and nailed my ADAS recalibration. They even sourced OEM Pilkington glass (I paid the difference since insurances won’t cover OEM, but 2nd source glass can be difficult to re-cal!). Danielle from Superior Auto Glass is AMAZING. I had a previous auto body company use cheap glue to reattach my hatchback window frame following a rear end crash, and it was quite literally popping out of the frame and could have crashed at any time. Danielle spent a good amount of time with me on the phone answering my questions, and is extremely professional and educated about her field. Unfortunately due to logistics of my work schedule I was not able to take my car to Danielle, but she did refer me to a colleague in my county who did a phenomenal job, which was above and beyond, and very much appreciated. What a fantastic experience! I needed a new windshield and really just didn’t want to patron someone like Safelite when we have good local companies who can do the job right and super fast. I’ve had to (unfortunately) replace two windshields within a week because of rocks breaking them and I was offered service next day for a full replacement. The jobs both times took less than an hour. Linda is sooo kind and felt so terrible that I had to go through it twice within 1 week but took excellent care of me. Please consider giving your business to the locals first, they do great work! I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a replacement windshield. Linda was great about working to immediately source my requested glass and schedule the appointment. However, there was a concern, when I got it back my jeep could no longer fly, float, let alone jump or rollover like it used to. But, Linda and team made sure the new windshield was just as good as when it came out of the factory floor so I guess we are even. I am sure I will need a replacement windshield again at some point and I will be calling on this shop again for all my needs. Thank you Linda and team!
