I was approached in a parking lot by Will, who was an amazingly knowledgeable and helpful sales agent, about replacing my cracked windshield, with which I had been living for nearly a year. I delayed because the new damage came only two months after I had replaced another windshield--hazards of driving in Florida!--and I thought my insurance would not replace another in the same year. Will set up my appointments for 17 July efficiently, and the repairmen, who came to my workplace (I am a university professor, who was teaching a class at the time), were extremely competent, cheerful, and kept me fully updated with their work. I will certainly turn to Bond Auto Glass again, if, and likely when, I need to replace another windshield--and my insurance paid the full claim, so I delayed a bit in writing this review until the process was complete. Thanks so much, Will, for the great information, and, as someone in the education business, I'm grateful to have been educated by him about this wonderful service!

Alex is a nice professional and was able to answer all the questions I had about my cracked windshield and was able to help me get an OEM windshield for my 2023 vehicle, the team that called to confirm the service was nice and professional as well, shout out Isabell. Absolutely fantastic experience met Anthony yesterday when he noticed the crack in my windshield and he let me know that his company could take care of it the next day after about five minutes of giving him information everything was set up for the technician to come out. The technician came out and was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable, and he was done with the entire process in under 30 minutes . Great communication all the way through the whole process and very fast and easy. Anthony Made sure that the process was fast and simple and had great communication will definitely recommend to friends and family when they need their windshield replaced

Anthony approached me at a service station and asked about my broken windshield and if I was aware that it could be replaced for free, which i didn't know. He was very professional and explained the process and assisted me with setting up an appointment. They came to my house ON TIME and ready to work, they did the install quickly and efficiently. Made sure that I was happy and cleaned up after themselves. Was a great experience. David took my call(& was very professional about it, also) even while he was attending to another customer and asked if he could call me back as he was just finishing up with another customer. Proud of him for taking my call, cuz THAT made me feel like I was important(especially with the lack of customer service that is out there now a days). Only took him a few minutes to get back with me and got me scheduled first thing the next morning🙌! We’ve texted a lot as he’s been making sure everything was taken care of properly with me! They are Worst experience ever with Bon Auto Glass of Tampa Bay On Saturday, May 24th, I had my windshield replaced by a technician named Román. He did a terrible job — now every time it rains, water leaks inside my car. As you can see in the photos, the interior is soaked, and the infotainment screen no longer works due to the water damage. I’ve reached out multiple times, but they’ve refused to take responsibility or fix the problem. Absolutely unprofessional. Do NOT trust Bon Auto Glass — they’ll ruin your car and ignore you after.

Very happy with everything! Starting from Anthony approaching me since May 5, 2024 at a gas station and never being pushy about fixing my windshield eventhough I seriously needed a replacement.. Almost a year later I decided to give him a call and he was awesome got me set up the next day to get my windshield fixed by William R. He was also very professional and quick. I wish I didn't wait this long now that I know it was such an easy process. Thankyou again! & I would definitely recommend. You guys were awesome!
