I was approached in a parking lot by Will, who was an amazingly knowledgeable and helpful sales agent, about replacing my cracked windshield, with which I had been living for nearly a year. I delayed because the new damage came only two months after I had replaced another windshield--hazards of driving in Florida!--and I thought my insurance would not replace another in the same year. Will set up my appointments for 17 July efficiently, and the repairmen, who came to my workplace (I am a university professor, who was teaching a class at the time), were extremely competent, cheerful, and kept me fully updated with their work. I will certainly turn to Bond Auto Glass again, if, and likely when, I need to replace another windshield--and my insurance paid the full claim, so I delayed a bit in writing this review until the process was complete. Thanks so much, Will, for the great information, and, as someone in the education business, I'm grateful to have been educated by him about this wonderful service!

The customer service is amazing! A rock broke my sunroof on my LandRover. My insurance and so many other places was giving me the run around. Superior fixed my glass and provide clear communication about everything. The woman at the front desk really takes care of all customer. A year later I notice a little raddled, and she allowed me to bring the car back and double checked my sunroof and found a small bolt was loose and fixed it. One day in, one day out!
