Pineapple Auto Glass

I received a windshield rock chip last Sunday driving my VW Tiguan on US 19. I immediately called around to try and get it repaired, yet come to find out that all shops, yes even SafeLite are closed on Sundays. I had Safelite come out Monday AM, yet by then, the cooler temps had caused the chip to splinter into a huge crack. I was told that the entire windshield would need to be replaced. I called the Bert Smith body shop (Dealership) and they said that they have all of their work done by Pineapple and was provided their number. I called them and spoke to Kaleb who was extremely responsive and really helped me to quickly navigate the insurance claims process. I had to pay a little more for OEM as my insurance (Progressive) would only cover the third party replacement (No Thanks). Kaleb, however, was able to quickly process my payment and get it on order. Two days later the OEM glass came in and a mobile dispatch to my office was scheduled for the next day. Jeff, the installer, called me when he was 30 minutes out and then when he was 5 so I could go out and meet him with the keys. 30 minutes later the job was done. You cannot tell that my glass was replaced. He was careful removing the trim and kept everything extremely clean. I thank him for his professionalism and great communication. I wonder if these 5 star reviews ever get boring for Pineapple as they sure get allot of them. IMHO, however, well deserved!

I have been using Pineapple Auto Glass for many years as a vendor for customers vehicles as I work at a dealer, but I’ve never needed a windshield. I tried to do a claim on my insurance app but the administrator is Safelite and would not let me request them on the app. So I called. I was immediately connected to Caleb at Pineapple who finished my claim in just a few minutes, and about 15 hours later I had a new windshield installed. It was incredibly easy and painless, they came to me and had it done in under a half hour. The glass is perfect with no wind noise or any other issues, they take care of your vehicle like they would their own. Alyssa and Stephen are always amazing to deal with, and forgive me, I forget the installers name but I see him weekly and he is always friendly and professional. Even Stephen the owner even came out to install today! they truly are an incredible company and I will continue to recommend them for everyone as I have NEVER in my 6 years of working with them had a single issue, complaint, or disappointed customer. My experience with Safelite or other glass companies is that they end up leaking or making noise, or they cannot recalibrate the front cameras, and ultimately it causes a bunch of electrical issues. But Pineapple does it all! Don’t waste any time, if you need ANY vehicle glass replaced these are the people to call. Thank you Pineapple!

I’m so happy to begin writing this 5 Star review of Pineapple Auto Glass! I unfortunately cracked the windshield of my 1994 Classic Honda Del Sol on 12/26/23. As one that reads and values reviews, I immediately called Pineapple Auto Glass as it had 5 stars with 161 reviews. A quote came the next day. I then called my insurance and didn’t realize they have a connection with Safelite and was connected with them to proceed. I won’t go down that rabbit hole but as of 1/17/24, Safelite hasn’t done the job. In frustration, I called Pineapple back and realized I could select any repair company I wanted. I worked with Melissa to transfer my claim. Kim was on the ball and immediately ordered the glass. Jeff promptly arrived at my home this morning, 1/19/24, and did a wonderful installation job! I am ecstatic!! I understand how hard this kind of rating is to maintain over that many reviews! I don’t write many reviews but when I see and am privileged enough to work with a company like this, I can’t wait to add another 5 Star review! Look no further if auto glass is what you need. Take my advice (and many others), pick Pineapple Auto Glass! You’ll be as happy as I am writing this review!!

Contacted Pineapple Auto Glass (PAG) to replace my windshield in a 2000 Mercedes GLC300 SUV. Kara, who answered the phone, worked efficiently and professionally to schedule the replacement. She worked with my insurance company directly, and successfully got my request for OEM (Mercedes Benz) glass granted. They ordered and picked up the windshield from a dealership in 7 days. Pineapple performed the work at their shop in around 90 minutes. Awesome workmanship, communications and competence. PAG is a small business owned by Stephen Smith and wife/office manager Alysa. I can wholeheartedly recommend that you entrust your auto glass needs to PAG, a first-class operation. Note: Save yourself aggravation by steering clear of the large national auto glass replacement companies that tell you that you will have to pay extra for OEM glass. I paid $0.00 for my new windshield with PAG...in the state of FL, by law, insurance companies must waive deductibles so long as you carry comprehensive coverage on your policy. My Mercedes-Benz loves its new high quality "windscreen"!!! Kara and Alysa, I cannot thank you enough for your work ethic and friendly demeanor. Well done!

I wanted to wait a week to write this review and cannot say enough great things about this company and the work performed. Was such an easy process dealing with my windshield replacement and would suggest everyone to use this company. The ladies in the office were very professional and handled the claim very quickly with no run around hassles and next thing I knew I had my onsite appointment within 2 days. I was concerned with how quickly these installations are and if it would be done professionally and I have to say nothing but great things about Jeff my technician. He called before he was leaving to meet me and called again when he arrived on site at 9:15 am. He was done the whole install by 9:45 am and showed me everything he did and gave clear instructions on how to care for my new windshield. If you have the chance to request Jeff you will not be disappointed. The quality of the glass was above average and I have no leaks at all. I had previously used this company a couple of years ago and had a great experience, so I decided to use them again for windshield replacements on two vehicles, hoping for the same level of service. Unfortunately, this time around, it was disappointing. I went out of my way to use them through my insurance, especially since they assured me they could provide mobile services at my new address, like last time. However, the process was far from smooth. Communication was a big issue – I had to reach out to them for updates instead of them keeping me informed. There were several delays, with reasons ranging from weather, being too busy, not having staff available, or the route not matching. What should have been a quick service took nearly five weeks to get the windshield replaced on one of the cars. While I always try to support local businesses, I was let down this time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them at least for mobile services.

This is my second review as my windshield got hit again only a year and a half later. Jeff came to replace it and he was just as awesome as the previous tech!! He also let me watch the whole procedure and I had forgotten how much of the car has to be dismantled to remove the glass. I am happy once again with Pineapple!!! Read the reviews! There's no disputing, they are hands down the best in their class. Professional and friendly service is rare these days but these qualities are not the only thing to brag about Pineapple Auto Glass. Scheduling was easy no hassle and they are very accommodating. The industry provided challenges due to the age of the car, but that didn't stop them from being successful! Alyssa is relentless on your behalf. The end result was amazing; as if there was never an issue with my windshield. Stephen Smith's work is impeccable leaving you with strong confidence for having chosen them for the job. Brian Went ABOVE & BEYOND To help my windshield install look perfect even with preventative help for further rusting, he had a huge SMILE the whole time and even though I made his day totally INCONVENIENCED HIM due to a delay with funding my credit card - he still smiled and help me locate my card!! If only I had cash I would have gave him a tip. So I highly recommend you speak with Alyssa who I also enjoyed her pleasant conversations, and putting up with my hectic schedule and rescheduling. Basically I was the pain and Bruan & Alyssa are professional and tremendously good people and professional. I highly recommend and the quality of my windshield!! Looks identical if not better!!
