Excellent service. My windshield got hit with a rock on the highway a few weeks back and had a minor crack. After going away on vacation and returning when the weather got colder, the crack had spread around the entire windshield. I was referred to Bay Area Auto Glass by the service crew at Toyota (where I get my normal car service done)… and I’m very happy they did. Anita was an amazing help. It was late on a Friday when I called and she immediately had me on the phone connected to my insurance provider to make sure I could get the windshield replaced for free. It took all of about 10 minutes. The following Monday, the guy came out and replaced the windshield for me at my house. I didn’t have to do anything. Literally the most painless process imaginable for getting a windshield replaced. I don’t think they could have made it any easier. I highly recommend going with these guys if you’re in a similar situation. I, for one, will not go anywhere else if something like this happens again.

Lloyd’s is the BEST! From punctuality to their customer service you will be happy you chose them. AND they work with your insurance! We have 10-12 medium duty daily driver, so we cannot afford to have one out of service for more than a day. The company I work for has used Lloyd’s multiple times for damage to our company trucks, these are the last 2 times we’ve called upon their service: We call *another auto glass replacement company* and got scheduled for “next day”, next day comes and we call for ETA just to get told we are not routed for service this day!!! So of course we call Lloyd’s as employees have used them for their personal vehicles and they get us scheduled for next morning. The tech was here somewhere between 830-10 just as scheduled and he had us squared away within the hour. Most recently our business owner had an encounter with a rather large rock and needed a new windshield. We called Lloyd’s and they were out the very next day and had it done in just over an hour! Lloyd’s will be my call for a replacement as it is needed, and if you need it done in a timely manner AND interact with some of the nicest people you’ve done business with — you should too.

I received a windshield rock chip last Sunday driving my VW Tiguan on US 19. I immediately called around to try and get it repaired, yet come to find out that all shops, yes even SafeLite are closed on Sundays. I had Safelite come out Monday AM, yet by then, the cooler temps had caused the chip to splinter into a huge crack. I was told that the entire windshield would need to be replaced. I called the Bert Smith body shop (Dealership) and they said that they have all of their work done by Pineapple and was provided their number. I called them and spoke to Kaleb who was extremely responsive and really helped me to quickly navigate the insurance claims process. I had to pay a little more for OEM as my insurance (Progressive) would only cover the third party replacement (No Thanks). Kaleb, however, was able to quickly process my payment and get it on order. Two days later the OEM glass came in and a mobile dispatch to my office was scheduled for the next day. Jeff, the installer, called me when he was 30 minutes out and then when he was 5 so I could go out and meet him with the keys. 30 minutes later the job was done. You cannot tell that my glass was replaced. He was careful removing the trim and kept everything extremely clean. I thank him for his professionalism and great communication. I wonder if these 5 star reviews ever get boring for Pineapple as they sure get allot of them. IMHO, however, well deserved!

Still waiting on the repair of our car at the moment. Haven't been waiting too long, but I'll have to update my review after they're finished to be accurate overall. So far, they seem on point and working hard. There's a nice waiting area available. More to come... Update Time: So, this was a first for me and my hubby. Neither of us ever had a windshield broken or needed fixed, but this last tropical storm snuck by and did us some damage-including shattering the back windshield on our Ford Edge to pieces. We didn't want to waste time looking around for who was better priced and honestly couldn't afford to spend much time window shopping either. Naturally, thanks to their advertising efforts, we remembered their jingle that airs over radio and cable channels every hour on the hour and we have them a call. Luckily, they had time THAT SAME DAY the day of the break that we were able to drive up and they secured a safe seal over the back to protect the car and allow us to drive til our appointment booked 2 days later. I'd have to look back at my Google Pixel 8 Pro and check the time stamp in the photo data to be sure, but I swear from the time we parked to the time we left couldn't have been a whole hour. They were fast, did a great job and it was very straight forward and clear with pricing and no surprises when we paid. A note - we did pay out of pocket for our windshield because apparently in the state of FL you have to have Comprehensive to qualify and we have the minimum required being an older car. It was a little over $400 when all was said and done. I don't know if that's good or bad, high or low and honestly I don't care. The fact is, these guys worked us in, worked quick to not waste our time and did an awesome job with a lifetime guarantee included on the glass and the work too! They were all super nice and stress free. They have a comfortable waiting area inside that's fully air conditioned and offers Free WiFi. The time flew and the results speak for themselves. If this ever happens again, we know who to trust and will absolutely be repeat customers. And I absolutely recommend Safelite to anyone needing windshield repair. They're prompt, professional and do quality work. What more can you ask for? Highly Recommend!
