Bay Area Auto Glass

Excellent service. My windshield got hit with a rock on the highway a few weeks back and had a minor crack. After going away on vacation and returning when the weather got colder, the crack had spread around the entire windshield. I was referred to Bay Area Auto Glass by the service crew at Toyota (where I get my normal car service done)… and I’m very happy they did. Anita was an amazing help. It was late on a Friday when I called and she immediately had me on the phone connected to my insurance provider to make sure I could get the windshield replaced for free. It took all of about 10 minutes. The following Monday, the guy came out and replaced the windshield for me at my house. I didn’t have to do anything. Literally the most painless process imaginable for getting a windshield replaced. I don’t think they could have made it any easier. I highly recommend going with these guys if you’re in a similar situation. I, for one, will not go anywhere else if something like this happens again.

From start to finish my experience with Bay Area Auto Glass was more than five star. Jeremiah The owner of the business walk me through the process of getting my windshield replaced with a OEM Piece of glass. Bryon Was the technician who took a picture with me, and was very confident and swift with replacing the windshield and recalibrating The sensors and features on my windshield. It was advised to me that getting a new windshield when I have those sensors they need to be recalibrated, and they were able to do it at the convenience of my work. Windshield replacement Company was amazing. I tried to use Safelite as my insurance company recommended, but they were unable to provide OEM glass and a recalibration at my location which was the most convenient for me. Safelite also had a two month wait. When talking about safety, urgency is of the utmost importance to me and there’s no other glass shop that I trust to protect me and my vehicle and Bay Area auto glass.

Highly recommend Bay Area Auto Glass! My car’s windshield had a crack in it, which became unsafe. I did not have a lot of time to go to an auto shop to have it replaced. I contacted Bay Area Auto Glass and their staff worked with my insurance company to get the repair work pre-approved at no cost to me. That process was attended to fairly quickly and we were able to schedule a visit shortly thereafter. I was kept informed of the visit time and the technician’s availability. The technician was actually able to come out to my house earlier than anticipated and he replaced the windshield onsite efficiently and professionally. The technician was also able to recalibrate all the necessary systems in my car after the windshield replacement was completed. Would use their services again if needed.

I was very happy with Bay Area Auto Glass and the technician they sent out. I was told by another company that I would need to bring my vehicle to their facility because I needed some safety features recalibrated after replacing my windshield.. Bay Area Auto was able to do all of that right at my home without any issues whatsoever. From calling in and booking the appointment to being kept informed when they would be coming out to the technicians letting me know his arrival time, the process went very smoothly! Needless to say I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone else needing Auto Glass work done.

To make a long story short, in the end, I actually didn't need there service, but I didn't know that until Bryan came out. He spent quite a bit of time here , and was very helpful and professional. He went beyond, what he would be expected to do. Also, Kudo's to Anita in the office We talked three times along the way, and she was very nice to talk to, as well as helping to walk me through the process both before and after. T hey a very professional team, and while I hope I never need them, if I do, they would be the first one I'd call, and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know, who was in need of there service.

I call Jeremiah at BAAG about windshield crack repair that I was originally very skeptical if it's even possible to repair .He assured me that his company send there technicians to a specific training to lurn how to do even the toughest repairs. Technician call before the appointment to let me know he was on the way and show exactly on time . Job was done for about 45 minutes and the result was amazing I could not even tell where the ckrak was had to ask the technician. Overall I've used this company for 6 times and they have done top work whit amazing quality Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend

Bay Area Auto Glass is amazing! I called in believing that my front windshield was leaking water and after a chat with Jeremiah about the symptoms my car was having he let me know that he thought it was the sunroof. He then walked me through how to diagnose the problem, and we was absolutely right. On top of that, he let me know how to fix it on my own. He could have easily taken my money and charged me for the service but instead he helped me out. Highly respectable and honorable people over at Bay Area Auto Glass. Highly recommend!!!

A great company and fantastic to work with. Had a difficult situation where there was rust in my windshield and talking to Jeremiah, he said it would be no problem. Brian has been nothing but exceptional and being patient with me coming back multiple times, Firstly, to remove the windshield while The rust was repaired and then coming back again to install my windshield. Would highly recommend these people

Spoke with Annitta who confidently walked me through the process of dealing with my insurance company. Within a couple of minutes they had the confirmation and a day later Brian was at our house and did a beautiful job replacing our windshield. Why, why did we wait so long? So many companies but I rely on Google reviews and once again, Google did not disappointed!!! Just make the call.

The other reviews were true. From the very beginning this was an excellent experience. They were the best price out of the quotes I received. The technician communicated each step of the way and he was able to get my truck windshield replaced in about an hour or so. I highly recommend Bay Area Auto Glass. Thank you
